It pretty much feels and works exactly like an iPhone — quality is on point, looks great (mine’s in pink), with zero issues so far. Battery health came at 82%, but I’ll opt to get it replaced. The phone feels nice in hand, and everything functions how you'd expect it to on an Apple device. If anything unwanted happens then I’ll update this, but so far it's going well. I'd suggest buying from the seller Amazon.com for more authentic expectations and results when buying a product like this. Other stuff: I had to wipe it down quite a bit because of some dirt, but its fine after that - and isn't damaged (or scratched) at all. The screen doesn't seem sensitive to scratches. All of Apple's iPhone features work with; I'm able to connect with my devices easily. It fully supports the use of other utilities like eSim, Bluetooth, Airdrop, Apple Pay, etc. It comes with a fully functional charger (standard length & cord only) in a minuscule box, but it's all that's needed if you just want a phone - the cord is a plus. Overall - Better than expected, needing to replace the battery is a downside but it's relatively cheap and not that serious. (10/10)

This was an upgrade for my old iPhone XS Max. Phone itself is a bit smaller, but otherwise functionality is about the same. Plenty of space for everything I’ll need. As for the condition of the refurbished one I purchased it was in great shape. Battery life is at 91% maximum. There were a couple minor scratches on the buttons, but those will be covered by a case anyway. Really satisfied with my purchase and at least I didn’t have to spend $1000 on a new phone.

This was to replace a iPhone SE I’ve had for 3 years now. I wanted a bigger screen and more memory capacity. So I chose the 13 with 128 gb of capacity double the 64 gb my old I phone se has! The processor seems to be much faster than my old SE. the phone arrived with zero noticeable blemishes and 86% battery life. The battery does seem to last longer because I forgot To charge it overnight and I still had 70% battery life the next morning. My old SE would die overnight if I forgot to recharge it. This is the 3rd phone I’ve bought unlocked from Amazon and for the most part I am pleased! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I want to see how long it lasts before I start to have issues? I bought my wife an unlocked iPhone 11 3 years ago and after about a year it started acting funny. Do we will see if this phone does the same? I offered to buy my wife another 13 like this one but she wanted my old SE do I reset it to factory settings and I will be giving it to her for now. Maybe she would like a 14 instead??

I am very satisfied with the phone. It came with small details, but they are really not even noticeable and even less with a cover/case. What worried me was the battery life, but it is at 100% so I am very happy and in addition to that it came with a screen protector. I went from an XR to this one and I don't regret it; for the price it's great! I recommend it.

No cracks or marks on the phone. Speaker is a little weird, but overall the phone doesn't look bad at all. I was scared risking buying a refurbished phone without seeing a picture because I've had a bad experience before. But this is good, and my battery life wat 80 percent. I wish it was higher, but it is refurbished so what can you really expect. It's hard to tell what an iPhone 13 is sold at. I use cricket and they sell new phones for 50 dollars more so it would probably be worth it for the extra money, but I am travelling next month and need an unlocked phone and Cricket wouldn't be able to unlock it that quick.

I love tuis phone, it has an amazing camera with excellent picture quality. This phone is in excellent condition, as it states. It has no cracks or dents. It is very light and well worth the value as purchased for. It does not have any protection such as the screen protector or case. The only issue is the fact it is refurbished and the battery doesn’t even last a full day. I bought 2 different colors and they both have the same kind of old battery in them.

El teléfono llegó en el tiempo indicado, al ser un equipo aceptable, se tenían algunos detalles estéticos, de manera interna tiene una condicion de bateria del 91%, todo ha estado funcionando normal y no he tenido algún tema por el momento.

Llego en óptimas condiciones batería al 100% , Ya lo cheque en la app 3utools y está todo Perfecto , el único detalle es que noté que le cambiaron la batería , pero hasta al momento funcionando perfecto, y si trae detalles estéticos como leves rayones no a tal grado de devolverlo , pero son mínimos , para ser un teléfono de renewd está Perfecto , y otro detalle es que en la cámara frontal tiene una pelusa 😂😂, pero hasta eso no afecta a la cámara , quede muy satisfecho con mi compra. I've never Amazon refreshed before. I bought one in "excellent" condition. Very happy. Some VERY minor chips & scratches on the metal on close inspection, but not noticeable unless you're looking for it. The battery came at 88% health. It works flawlessly. I think it’s important to take a look at the seller reviews - as it can be easy with these kinds of buys to confuse the product listing and the seller. There are many sellers on this listing. Depending on stock, price, and Amazon’s algorithm, you may get a different one than me, or even than you were looking at yesterday. Most are good, but that is what you should be looking at more than the listing itself.

Upon opening - was extremely happy with the condition of the phone. It's like new! Battery life was excellent as stated, and two days in everything is working perfectly. So far so good!
