I bought a black one recently, and honestly, I’m super happy with it. Even though it’s not brand new, it came without a single scratch and works perfectly. Everything about it is just great even the battery performance. Totally worth the price, and I’d definitely recommend grabbing one if you’re thinking about it. Feels like I got the best of both world.

Needed new phone. Ordered this with limited expectations. I have ordered refurbished devices before from different vendor and have had to return them. With that said, thought I’d try Amazon refurbished. The phone arrived in 2 days and was shocked when package was opened. This is like a brand new phone. Screen is like new, case has no flaws and battery health was an incredible 100%. For a refurbished unit, this phone is in incredible shape. Can with charging cord and separately purchase an otterbox commuter case. I’m wondering if I was that lucky with the purchase or if Amazon refurbished units are really inspected, repaired,and refirbed. Anyway, great purchase. Worth taking a look if you don’t want to spend a lot on a descent phone. Thanks amazon

Phone functionality is excellent for now i had it over a week now, the feel is good. i love the color of it, the camera quality is excellent, and the battery percentage came on 84% i wish it came over 84, tho ... Buy your own charger the charger is not good at all i only get the cord, which lasted 6 days

My boyfriend needed a new phone very bad and we were tight on money and didn’t want to spend 1k plus for a new one. I was very skeptical buying a phone online, as of course you could really get anything. But this phone is literally perfect. It took a couple days to get here, and it was perfectly unscathed. No scratches, no cracks, and it functions so perfectly. It’s as if we got a brand new iPhone. I definitely recommend this product. Also for reference we bought the best condition option. 100% worth it!

Click to play video Overall great product for the price! I recieved just what I asked for, iPhone 13 with 256 GB storage in the color Pink. The phone came in great condition, no dents, scrapes or anything like that, just a few normal wear scratches on the screen, but very very small and minor. Cameras work fantastic, I have no issues with glitches and the provided charging cable worked 100%! The only few complaints I have are: I did pay for excellent and got a maximum capacity of 81% battery, I would expect a higher number for the condition I payed for; Also, under the 'what you'll get' list says that I should've gotten the SIM removal tool and I did NOT get one. And lastly, there are some areas that have what looks like dirt specks in small crevices, nothing too major and you can't really see it unless you're 10 inches or closer. Charging port also looks a bit dirty but it charged fine and fast with the cable provided. Final grading: 9.3/10, would buy again! Although there were a few let downs like Battery MC and missing the SIM tool, the value for the item in its condition is absolutely worth it. *** UPDATE *** It's been 10 days since I got it and Battery Health has already declined New rating: 7/10 Still a good offer, but deffo not the best

Only complaint was the delivery, says overnight and took 4 days to arrive. Phone overall is a 5star Works just fine. I upgraded from my 11 to this 13 and im pleased with my purchase. Local stores wanted 600$+ and limited colors. This Came with a screen protector already installed and the charger wire which i was not expecting so that was a plus for me. 2/27/25 is when I receive my phone. if anything changes ill update. for now, Im definitely buying another one for my work phone. Price is right, condition is excellent. Few minor scratches marks from previous phone case but for a used phone no complaints looks new.

I am more than pleased with my phone. It showed up in a timely fashion. It showed up in good condition and I’m extremely pleased with the working condition and have had no issues with it. I’ve had it now for months and didn’t want to leave a review until I was sure of my product. Again, I am more than happy.

The phone arrived in essentially perfect condition, indistinguishable from new. My main gripe was that the battery was at the very minimum allowable (80%), but this is no fault of the vendor as it was within the promised amount. Delivery was extremely fast - the phone was on my porch about 14 hours after placing the delivery - mind boggling, so take this into account if you need a cheap phone very quickly. I ultimately decided to buy a new phone on contract via T-Mobile and Costco, which ended up being the same price as this one, so I returned the phone. Returning this phone to the seller was hassle free and the full amount was credited back to my Amazon account. As such, I am granting 4 out of 5 stars, a better condition battery would have yielded a 5 star experience.

Arrived day after ordered. Nicely packaged. Included charging cable and an Apple USB-2 charger which was a nice surprise. Phone looks brand new; excellent shape, no scratches, dents or cracks. Transfer from my Iphone 10 took only a few minutes. The only disappointment was an 84% battery life. Less than most reviews on here. I still gave it a 5 star rating as overall I am very pleased with this purchase and the price was very reasonable.

El teléfono llegó en el tiempo indicado, al ser un equipo aceptable, se tenían algunos detalles estéticos, de manera interna tiene una condicion de bateria del 91%, todo ha estado funcionando normal y no he tenido algún tema por el momento.

Only complaint is that the battery percentage is 87% but that’s no worries to me as I’ll just go and replace it at Apple when it gets low. For the price I paid I am very content with my new phone :) no scratches, all buttons work smoothly and the sim tray is fine. I just got the phone but I will update if anything happens.
