A bit of a story here... last year I bought a refurb'ed, like new iPhone 13 from Amazon... and returned it (and bought one elsewhere, that was much nicer, and less money). This year - being entirely comfortable with the i13 level specs - I decided to upgrade to an i13 Pro... and - because of last year's experience - went elsewhere first. What I got from them this time was definitely not what I ordered (it was supposed to be "pristine"... what I got was scratched up junk). So I came back to Amazon, and ordered the only "used-like new" offering on the i13 Pro "list" that day. What I got, well, wasn't (i.e., wasn't "used-like new"). Again. Sigh. (I have a ton of experience with buying "used-like new" stuff from Amazon over the years, and I know what to expect... and this wasn't it.) But. What I received was a "refurbished-excellent" i13 Pro (the same category as the i13 I ordered last year... which was again, anything but, back then, lol). The category which is is now listed on the order form. (Why would they change the category? When it wasn't what I ordered? -Dunno.) HOWEVER. ... big "however". It was... almost... perfect: a few tiny scratches around the lightning port is all a minute examination found wrong (the previous owner had mostly used mag-charging I imagine). And... the battery health - while entirely within the spec for Amazon refurbished (i.e., "80% or greater") - was still a disappointment at only 84%. Still. Cosmetic-wise... acceptable. More than acceptable, even. Agreeably nice... obviously: as I kept it. (Note: I wouldn't review it if I hadn't kept it.) Note: For long term use of any iPhone, to avoid battery related issues, Apple recommends replacing the battery when its below 80% battery health... which repair cost from Apple is about $90 or so... iow, not a big deal. Look, I'm not the target demographic for a new Apple phone anyways; especially their Pro. So sending the phone in for a new battery, especially for what I paid for the 1TB version, is a-okay. And figured into the price. But - other than battery health... and those few tiny [mostly unnoticeable] scratches - I paid quite a bit less (saved a couple of hundred over the "other guys" offerings) at Amazon for a truly ultra-clean i13 Pro - with 1TB capacity - which is in otherwise almost perfect condition. And while its minor flaws render it most certainly NOT in the "used-like new" category... the savings over market costs for a 1TB version rendered my objections to the category moot: it was more than good enough as "refurbished-like new" lol. While YMMV, well... after all... in the final analysis... this one is a keeper. Thanks Amazon. Just keep in mind: all refurb's are "luck of the draw". Amazon is great about their return policy. Take a chance. You'll save money... maybe a bunch of money. Final word: recommend.

I recently bought a renewed premium iPhone 13 Pro in Graphite from this seller, and I’m genuinely impressed. The phone arrived in near-perfect condition, barely showing signs of previous use. Face ID works flawlessly, it was fully unlocked, and the screen is pristine. It also came with a USB-C to Lightning cable, which was super convenient since I could use my MacBook charger. As someone who uses a Mac but is new to the iPhone world, this was a smooth entry. Also, the phone passed all Apple diagnostics and has 90% battery health, which I consider great for a renewed device. One small thing I noticed is that the phone runs hot while charging. Not sure if that's normal for iPhones since this is my first, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would buy again!

Condition is fine. Bumps and abrasions on the sides of the phone, but no biggie as the case covers them. Battery was at 80%; and bought the "excellent" condition (just an FYI to future buyers). The camera when on Portrait, looks like cracks in the lens... i am not going to use that mode anyways. After it booted up, I received a warning letting me know the screen was not the original screen. Look, its used/refurbished. You want new, buy new. It works, screen is clear, no issues with texting or calls. yeah. nice way to save a bit of cash.

You know how people talk about life hacks? Well, I finally had my first life hack. I have been using an iPhone XR since 2019, and it was time to get a new iPhone. I use Mint Mobile so I needed an unlocked phone, so that is what I searched for. I had never heard of Amazon Renewed, but as I searched for unlocked phones, Amazon Renewed products popped up. Lo and behold, I found a great deal on a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro for like $400. After doing some research and seeing that the Amazon Renewed products come with an excellent return policy (90 days for the item i ordered), I decided to take the plunge and buy the unlocked refurbished iPhone 13 Pro phone. I AM SO GLAD I DID. The seller shipped the phone THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT, so it arrived the very next day. The phone was packaged in a thick bubble wrap shipping envelope in a box. The phone came with a charger. I had also ordered an otter box case and screen protectors, but when I unpackaged my phone, I saw that they had already put a screen protector on the phone, probably to keep the screen from being scratched/damaged during shipping. So that was an added bonus. Here is where the life hack part comes in: the phone looks and runs as if it is brand new!!!!! Taking the phone out of the packaging was so exciting. the phone was shiny and in pristine condition. I charged it and turned it on and began the process of transferring my phone over, and it was a breeze. After using the iPhone XR for so long, which was slow and glitchy, I LOVE the speed and screen quality of the iPhone 13. AND THE THINGS THAT THE CAMERAS CAN DO ARE AMAZING. It feels like I just bought a spanking brand new iPhone for $400. I feel like I got away with something. So, yes, I am very happy.

Got the phone (excellent condition) no noticeable scratches. After its all set up i noticed my battery dropping really fast on low load. I then checked the battery health which was 81%!! For context my I phone 8 that I switched from new has a state of health of 79%... I had my 8 since new and i know I am m buying used but it would be nice to see what actually battery health of phone i am actually buying.

I was prepared for a refurbished product, but this one actually came without any visible wear and tear. Plus, the battery is at 100%! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. That said, I understand this is a bit of RNG depending on the inventory - I got very lucky.

El teléfono llego en muy buen estado, estéticamente le doy un 10, sin rayones en pantalla, la parte trasera impecable y las orillas solo sucias de dedos, nada que un trapazo no arregle, todo funcionando correctamente, desde las cámaras, altavoces, micrófono, pantalla, la memoria si eran los 512gb así que todo excelente, la batería llego con 86%, pudo haber sido mejor la condición pero sorprendentemente la batería dura bastante, casi el día completo sin exigirle tanto al dispositivo, vendedor recomendadidisimo!

Battery was at 79%, provided charger is a slow charger but new apple devices don’t even have that so no complaints. The phone itself was in mint condition, looked new to me in a non Apple package.

I literally looked everywhere for an iPhone 13pro found lots of deals but this was the best one for the best price and next day shipping as I’m a very impatient person. But got the phone wasn’t in original box ( got an open box refurbished so obviously it won’t come in the original box ) but was wrapped nicely and secured with lots of bubble wrap which I liked, didn’t come charges , again that’s okay , also gave me a charger and block which was also really nice , phone works great so scratches or cracks or dents just a little dirty on the speakers and what not but that’s just every day dust. Battery heath/ max capacity was 90% which is great for a refurbished and used phone.
