A bit of a story here... last year I bought a refurb'ed, like new iPhone 13 from Amazon... and returned it (and bought one elsewhere, that was much nicer, and less money). This year - being entirely comfortable with the i13 level specs - I decided to upgrade to an i13 Pro... and - because of last year's experience - went elsewhere first. What I got from them this time was definitely not what I ordered (it was supposed to be "pristine"... what I got was scratched up junk). So I came back to Amazon, and ordered the only "used-like new" offering on the i13 Pro "list" that day. What I got, well, wasn't (i.e., wasn't "used-like new"). Again. Sigh. (I have a ton of experience with buying "used-like new" stuff from Amazon over the years, and I know what to expect... and this wasn't it.) But. What I received was a "refurbished-excellent" i13 Pro (the same category as the i13 I ordered last year... which was again, anything but, back then, lol). The category which is is now listed on the order form. (Why would they change the category? When it wasn't what I ordered? -Dunno.) HOWEVER. ... big "however". It was... almost... perfect: a few tiny scratches around the lightning port is all a minute examination found wrong (the previous owner had mostly used mag-charging I imagine). And... the battery health - while entirely within the spec for Amazon refurbished (i.e., "80% or greater") - was still a disappointment at only 84%. Still. Cosmetic-wise... acceptable. More than acceptable, even. Agreeably nice... obviously: as I kept it. (Note: I wouldn't review it if I hadn't kept it.) Note: For long term use of any iPhone, to avoid battery related issues, Apple recommends replacing the battery when its below 80% battery health... which repair cost from Apple is about $90 or so... iow, not a big deal. Look, I'm not the target demographic for a new Apple phone anyways; especially their Pro. So sending the phone in for a new battery, especially for what I paid for the 1TB version, is a-okay. And figured into the price. But - other than battery health... and those few tiny [mostly unnoticeable] scratches - I paid quite a bit less (saved a couple of hundred over the "other guys" offerings) at Amazon for a truly ultra-clean i13 Pro - with 1TB capacity - which is in otherwise almost perfect condition. And while its minor flaws render it most certainly NOT in the "used-like new" category... the savings over market costs for a 1TB version rendered my objections to the category moot: it was more than good enough as "refurbished-like new" lol. While YMMV, well... after all... in the final analysis... this one is a keeper. Thanks Amazon. Just keep in mind: all refurb's are "luck of the draw". Amazon is great about their return policy. Take a chance. You'll save money... maybe a bunch of money. Final word: recommend.

You know how people talk about life hacks? Well, I finally had my first life hack. I have been using an iPhone XR since 2019, and it was time to get a new iPhone. I use Mint Mobile so I needed an unlocked phone, so that is what I searched for. I had never heard of Amazon Renewed, but as I searched for unlocked phones, Amazon Renewed products popped up. Lo and behold, I found a great deal on a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro for like $400. After doing some research and seeing that the Amazon Renewed products come with an excellent return policy (90 days for the item i ordered), I decided to take the plunge and buy the unlocked refurbished iPhone 13 Pro phone. I AM SO GLAD I DID. The seller shipped the phone THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT, so it arrived the very next day. The phone was packaged in a thick bubble wrap shipping envelope in a box. The phone came with a charger. I had also ordered an otter box case and screen protectors, but when I unpackaged my phone, I saw that they had already put a screen protector on the phone, probably to keep the screen from being scratched/damaged during shipping. So that was an added bonus. Here is where the life hack part comes in: the phone looks and runs as if it is brand new!!!!! Taking the phone out of the packaging was so exciting. the phone was shiny and in pristine condition. I charged it and turned it on and began the process of transferring my phone over, and it was a breeze. After using the iPhone XR for so long, which was slow and glitchy, I LOVE the speed and screen quality of the iPhone 13. AND THE THINGS THAT THE CAMERAS CAN DO ARE AMAZING. It feels like I just bought a spanking brand new iPhone for $400. I feel like I got away with something. So, yes, I am very happy.

I have to admit, after seeing some of the reviews, I was kinda skeptical about ordering this, but I’m glad I did. The iPhone I ordered came on time and was indeed unlocked to any carrier and wasn’t random items in a box like some reviews say. The only complaint is that I didn’t get the color I ordered, but I’d be just as happy with it if it were pink and sparkly lol. I ordered good condition, and it came in nearly perfect condition. All apple certified parts, no unrecognizable parts. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase from WirelessDirect!

The phone was ordered in excellent condition and I cannot lie, it meets the requirements. It looks like an excellent condition refurbed phone. We are all little skeptical about the battery health, but when I checked the battery health was at 93% which is AMAZING!!! Like all the other reviews said “keep in mind this is a refurbished device” so you might see a mark here or there for example I have little markings around the volume buttons showing that the previous owner had a case on it, is that going to stop me from leaving a 5 star rating? not at all.

El teléfono es bueno vino con unos detalles físicos pero nada de que preocuparse y no se nota con el forro la batería me vino en 90% no e tenido ningún inconveniente con el teléfono estos meses ya que lo compré en febrero del 2025 hasta ahora está muy bien

Bought this iphone 13pro which was advertised as ‘excellent condition’, and turned out to be just that. It had a new camera which had to be set up and was detected to be a genuine apple part. It hadn’t been factory reset, which I did. The battery life is great, it looks and works like a new unit. I did not activate e-sim, rather I used the SIM card from my old phone. Very satisfied so far, works flawlessly. Battery lasts longer than my wife’s iPhone15.

Bought this blindly after seeing mixed reviews. The battery is at 86% and everything seemed good until it came to the screen. Screen is lifting up a bit near the top of the phone. Cameras seem to be in tact but that’s also because I haven’t tested them much. But other than the screen everything seems okay. For the price this shouldn’t have been an issue considering I ordered excellent condition.

I was prepared for a refurbished product, but this one actually came without any visible wear and tear. Plus, the battery is at 100%! I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. That said, I understand this is a bit of RNG depending on the inventory - I got very lucky.

Battery was at 79%, provided charger is a slow charger but new apple devices don’t even have that so no complaints. The phone itself was in mint condition, looked new to me in a non Apple package.

I bought this phone last month and absolutely love it! It was in excellent condition - no scratches and battery life was 86% which is around what I was expecting. Well worth the price.

I literally looked everywhere for an iPhone 13pro found lots of deals but this was the best one for the best price and next day shipping as I’m a very impatient person. But got the phone wasn’t in original box ( got an open box refurbished so obviously it won’t come in the original box ) but was wrapped nicely and secured with lots of bubble wrap which I liked, didn’t come charges , again that’s okay , also gave me a charger and block which was also really nice , phone works great so scratches or cracks or dents just a little dirty on the speakers and what not but that’s just every day dust. Battery heath/ max capacity was 90% which is great for a refurbished and used phone.

Quise esperar unas semanas para poder dar una buena reseña y que les funcione. Llevo dos semanas con el celular y la verdad quede sorprendida de lo bien que me llego. Estaba un poco asustada porque era mi primera vez comprando un celular reacondicionado y así como hay buenas reseñas hay otras malas también, pero decidí arriesgarme. El celular me llego con una estética de 9.9, solo tiene un ligero rayón en la pantalla que la verdad casi no se nota con la mica. De batería me llego con 85%, lo cual no me incomoda, la batería le dura bien y eso que solo lo cargo hasta el 80%. Como pueden leer en muchas reseñas, el celular viene en una caja genérica con un cargador genérico, si no eres usuario de iPhone pues si te recomiendo que te compres un cargador original antes de que te llegue el cel. Esta liberado para cualquier compañía. Yo quede muy satisfecha con mi compra, fue muy seguro y creo que estaba mas asustada de lo que debería jaja. Si estas pensando comprar un cel reacondicionado yo si te lo recomiendo.
