Like a lot of people, I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive product from Amazon. But honestly, the experience turned out way better than I expected. The phone arrived a day early and came with the charging cable. I ordered it in "excellent" condition, and it seriously looked brand new. The battery health was at 86%, which was pretty solid. I used it almost non-stop the first day just to see how the battery held up, and it easily lasted all day with some charge left (though of course, battery life depends on how you use it). The camera is awesome. Photos come out super clear. Even after using it for hours, the phone barely got warm. Transferring all my contacts, photos, apps, and everything else from my old iPhone X was super fast and easy. Honestly, the whole experience was so good that I’m pretty sure I'll keep buying iPhones from Amazon whenever I upgrade.

Ordered this phone not really knowing what to expect. I have never ordered off Amazon for this but wanted to save some money. Ordered the "excellent" refurbished phone as an upgrade from my very old iphone 8. I was pleasantly surprised. The phone was in great condition no scratches, Camera works great and the it holds a good charge. The charger that they sent with it was old, generic and virtually useless, used the one I had to charge it up, and there was no SIM remover included. Data transfer was very easy. Overall, good purchase.

I never write recommendations however I am so so so impressed with everything I don’t even know where to start. I ordered this phone with so much doubt and fear because my previous experience of buying a used phone was so disappointing. I let the seller know my concerns and they responded and told me not to worry. The phone arrived on time with no dent or scratches and a battery life of 91%. The camera was in amazing condition and the phone is literally comparable to a new phone! I cannot tell any differences. The screen had no cracks or damage. And the phone arrived very well packaged! I highly highly recommend!!!!

Received in a nice replacement box, 75% charged. This one included a clear case and a glass screen protector. As well as a new charging cord, plug, and sim key. The blue color is great, and I appreciate the larger size of the screen. I love the styling, the more squared and beveled perimeter design reminds me of my iPhone 5, just bigger. Out of the box, plugged it in, and after simple and intuitive iCloud transfer my new phone was off and running. And when I say new, I acknowledge this is refurbished, but if it wasn’t new I wouldn’t know it. Not a scratch, scuff or blemish. Even the battery capacity was at 100%, which is how much I’m satisfied.

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

i got it in new condition not even excellent condition GOOD and it came excellent nothing wrong with it at all only a little scratches on the edges but not even noticeable at all

Came with 90% battery, no cosmetic damages, camera works really good, and no issues at hand after 2 months of use. Really recommended to buy the refurbished excellent option if you don’t want to spend a fortune on the new models!

No se que es lo sorprendente que tiene iphone, tengo dos días con el, es celular más cuadrado ( le digo cuadrado debido a que no es intuitivo para esto es pre evolución de los smartphones ), poco funcional, no se puede personalizar para nada, lo único que le puedes cambiar es la imagen de fondo que será la que aparecerá en la pantalla de bloqueo, en mi maldita vida vuelvo a comprar un iphone.

Bought it some days ago and couldn't be happier. In the past, I had iPhone 8+ (great phone), then iPhone X (the worst iPhone out there - overheating like hell), now this one. It arrived super quickly (Canadian express post - thank you so much, dear seller, you're the best!!). In the package there was a wall charger and a cable. Headphones not included, but no harm at all, coz I do not need them. The phone is just like from an Apple store - no scratches, no marks of previous using, absolutely nothing. Battery life is on 95%, which is spectacular. The phone itself is very nice, ultra smooth, slightly heavier than its predecessors, but it does not matter at all (at least to me personally). 1 TB of storage is amazing, for the price it is a must buy!! Highly recommend!!

Got my 13 Pro Max with great looking bezel frames, buttons showing wear and tear but still clicky, and a 95% battery health (shown in coconutbattery as 90-91%) with almost 500 charge cycles. The screen is flawless. Camera can be a bit choppy. Anyway, I'd say good deal
