I think I might have gotten lucky but the phone I got was rated excellent and usually the battery health on them is 80 and under but I got 91%. The phone came perfectly in shape no scratches or dents and it works perfectly fine. I dropped it in water and everything still works perfectly. It gets way brighter than my old 12. It looks great. I love the Dynamic Island.

Honestly a good phone I love it i got it in excellent condition In the front screen, no scratches and the back screen a little tiny scratches, but that wasn’t a problem the screen is perfect and no problems with the phone but the battery life 83 But honestly, I’m OK with that the only thing is it doesn’t come with the original charger so if you use a charger that not the original it can damage the battery if it a fast charger and it is a fast charger but the depends On you if you like fast charger but it well drain you battery health

I was very skeptical to order a refurbished phone on Amazon because I have never ordered outside of my mobile provider before and I saw NIGHTMARE reviews on Walmart’s website for refurbished phones of folks saying they ordered a phone just to find out it had been stolen. But I said okay Amazon is really good with returns god forbid it ends up being messed up or stolen. Nope! Super good quality phone and I got it 12 hours earlier than amazon said I would. Def a great option if you don’t need the absolute newest unused phone but need to upgrade. Got 1 TB IPhone 14 Pro in excellent condition and battery came at 85% capacity and it was unscathed and undamaged. Recommend.

Everything about this device seemed almost too good to be true given it's perfect state with no scratches or dents anywhere and fully functional as a whole... until I tried to use Snapchat. I don't know if it's THIS particular device I received, but nowhere did it mention that this particular device was BANNED from Snapchat. I've tried everything I could to unban it but unfortunately there's nothing more I can do except to return it and get a different device. It's my first time purchasing a refurbished iphone from Amazon so I wasn't sure what to expect since I was already hesitant to buy it at first, but I guess it makes more sense that there would be something about it that couldn't make it perfect because as we all know, when something seems to good to be true, it normally is. I would say this device is okay if you're not attached to your Snapchat (unlike me unfortunately even though all of the other social media apps work). Always be careful with what you're purchasing, and I can say with confidence now that I've learned my lesson after my first purchasing experience.

I bought the “excellent” condition and it’s pretty brand new from what I can tell, however there is some dirt in the crevices of the phone including the silent switch and speaker holes. the battery life is also a little disappointing at 84%. however I’m sure it varies. But I did get what I paid for, Iphone, charger and charger box. the packaging did have me skeptical at first but that’s about it. pretty good phone just wish the battery health wasn’t worn out.

So far this phone has saved me hassle on a lot in my day to day life, when it arrived I let the battery drain and then charged it fully and it works perfectly fine. Battery life is good , display is good , and is unlocked to all networks available . It fired right up right away and has been a good phone ever since . Definitely a good buy

I upgraded from my iPhone 11. Phone arrived in excellent condition with no scratches or cosmetic damage as described with a 5 Watt charging block and a USB A to lightning connector. All features work (FaceID, Cameras, ProMotion ect.), and battery health was better than expected at 88%. I recommend if you're looking at one listed in excellent condition, better price than used on most other sites.
