I was a little skeptical about buying a Premium Renewed iPhone 14 Pro, but the cost saving was worth taking a chance. Although the device was not sent in an original Apple box, the phone is virtually perfect. No scratches or dents. More importantly, the phone has 100% battery life — which was my primary concern with a renewed item. I easily transferred apps and data from my old iPhone 7 Plus, and (with a little hassling with my carrier) now have the new phone working great. If my experience is common and saving money is important to you, don't hesitate to buy an Amazon Premium Renewed phone.

The phone arrived with no charge, but it is in perfect condition. It looks completely new, with no scratches at all. The screen, buttons, sensors, and everything else work perfectly. The battery arrived at 94%, which works for me. I’ve had it for over two weeks now and haven’t had any issues. Overall, I would say it's totally worth it! It's in perfect condition, arrived in two days, very well packaged, with its charger and adapter.

I bought the iPhone 14Pro. It is beautiful and didn’t have a scratch on it. It looked brand new. The packaging was very nice and the charging cable and adapter was included. I was very happy with it. However, immediately after turning on the phone, the screen went black and would not come back on, so I had to return it. Amazon said they offered free returns. What they didn’t tell me was that in order for me to return it and get my $835.42 back I’d have to either stay home from work or have someone come to my house because I wasn’t permitted to take and drop the phone off at a UPS location. They had to send someone to pick it up from my house. So, I missed an entire day of work which cost me almost $400.00 and the UPS driver never showed up. I called UPD only to find out 1, that Amazon hadn’t notified them of the pickup and 2, the Return Authorization Slip that Amazon emailed me that was supposed to ensure the returned product was credited back to my credit card in case the mailing label had gotten damaged was invalid. So, apparently, if someone would have picked up the phone and damaged the mailing label I would not have had my money refunded. I called Amazon back to tell them what UPS told me. Amazon’s solution was to start the return process all over again. Meaning that I would have to miss another day of work in order to wait for UPS to pick up the phone. I told them that was absolutely unacceptable. The customer service rep was adamant that that was my only option and it wasn’t until I got angry and insisted they email me a return label, so I could drop it off at a UPS store that they finally agreed to do so. I printed off the label and repackaged the box with the new Return Authorization Slip (I hope it’s valid this time) and dropped it off at UPS. I HOPE my money is refunded without issue even though they told me it could take up to 40 DAYS to do so.

New tech is expensive and even renewed you run the risk of getting a well taken care of but worn device. I was luckier with mine as it had no cosmetic damage but wasn’t that clean. No scratches of any kind, no bumps, and I immediately tossed it in a case so it is hopefully pristine after a few years and lasts longer than my previous android phones. Delivery wasn’t to my doorstep but was dropped off in a shared mailroom and not in a lockbox. Not okay but I knew it was being delivered so I was around to collect just in case. The phone is otherwise good just a few complaints about iOS coming from Android so not rated here but be aware - more apps on android tho quality seems better on iPhone, message transfer is a one time thing and got maybe 1/3 to half my chats moved over, most of my apps had an iOS parallel that didn’t get downloaded. Pros of moving to iOS are control over privacy. It’s practically baked in, you get to opt into how much of your identity is shared for a lot of apps. Better battery but I’m coming from an older 3 year old phone. Integration with other Apple products is almost seamless. Overall a good pickup but new phone prices have really surged in the past few years and it feels like used refurbished could be better.

just got my iphone 14 pro and i’m loving it i’ve had my 11 for years. And don’t upgrade phones often so i shopped around awhile before getting this one. Off amazon and i don’t regret it for a great price i got it in one day brand new. No scratches or marks at all the battery being at 94% would be my only issue.
