Giving this review after more than 2 months, I must say the Iphone is working amazing, when I got it, Battery health was 90%, however, it dropped to 88% just after a few days, its normal as I have been an iphone user since many years and battery life can drop anytime. Always buy “Ship & Sold by Amazon” products only!! And it had no scratches or anything when delivered, however was a bit dirty which I cleaned.

I wasn't looking to spend retail on a brand new iPhone so I took a gamble on a refurbished one. There are a few horror stories on YouTube but I can safely say, that was not my experience at all. Besides the packaging, nothing about my device indicated it was anything short of NiB. Further, the battery is shown to be at a full 100%. I'm glad I spent the extra 30% or so to get the premium version as the regular one seemed to be a bit of random luck as far as what I'd get. Plus, I just turned the phone on and followed the directions to upload all my files and connect it with ATT, no call to customer service necessary. Buy with confidence.

What a phone man really surprised with this iPhone 14 Pro there are no scratches nothing and battery health is 100% what a luck my wife is really happy when she heard about this phone actually I brought this iPhone for my wife. Really happy with this phone.

Opened OLD dirty BOX, phone was really dirty, no “essential accessories” (cable, charger) as the description says. BATTERY HEALTH - 87% when it should be 90% above according to their checklist. Phone serial number starts with N- so it’s a apple replacement unit - repaired Oct 23,2023 according to phone history Tried to transfer all my data many times but it’s not working. Tried to troubleshoot by updating it to 18.4.1 (the phone when I received it’s on iOS 18.4). Tried to reset, tried everything and it’s really frustrating. I should’ve believed the reviews. Amazon Resale description: Used - Like New: An item in perfect working condition, the packaging may bear some damage. The item fully functions, and all its essential accessories are complete. I wanted to return it yesterday but I remember one of the reviews here that UPS needs to pick it up and you should be present - obviously-.. and there’s no option of dropping it off. So I decided not to return it as I don’t want to wait for the UPS to pick it up since you’ll never really know when are they trying to pick it up , and I have a busy schedule. Returning this item is very inconvenient and frustating, Refund process will take 30 days. Wish they could refund it once UPS picked it up to be fair but I doubt it. I’ll never phone from this again.

I did a lot of research before I arrived at this decision to purchase my next iPhone. I’m not the average person that keeps upgrading year after year. I waited a good amount of time before I decided on this decision. And I love Amazon, and when they said that they have a “Renewed Premium” iPhone for sale…they mean it. Apple does not sell Pro variant predecessor models (14 Pro/Pro Max, 13 Pro/Pro Max, etc) but only the newest which are the 15 Plus, Pro/Pro max ) so i had to look online and I found Amazon to have the best deal. I unboxed my iPhone 14 Pro and I couldn’t believe my eyes as to how flawless the phone was. It had zero and i mean ZERO scratches!!! The screen looked good, camera, battery, sound, and the back finish had zero smudges or scratches. For the price, I am absolutely satisfied. I usually bide my time and wait years to pay for a brand new phone but Apple is asking for essentially a price of a mortgage payment for a new phone…it’s unrealistic. Buying refurbished not only saved me money but it’s better for the environment and Amazon does guarantee a 1 year return which is very gracious and I appreciate that, especially when you’re spending almost $1000 on a phone. The packaging was great and came with a USB cable and wall plug. I’m writing this review because i implore others to try out this opportunity because it’s good for your wallet and the environment. This changed the landscape of my cell phone shopping experience because i no longer have to pay full price for an iPhone from Apple. Apple does have a refurbished/clearance section on their website BUT the availability of their models/sizes/colors is scarce and the prices are still hiked up. I do believe Amazon “Renewed Premium” is the key to ensuring that you will get a high quality phone in good condition. The one thing that i found to be dubious of the shopping experience was that within the packaging, there was a card inside of a paper sleeve that had a bunch of checkboxes for the “technician” to check off all of the functions of the phone that were tested/passed and some of the checkboxes were titled “Touchbar” and “Trackpad”…and they were indeed checked on the checklist. But why? This is not a laptop or macbook and there is no “trackpad” or “touchbar” which leads me to challenge the integrity for the “testing” or “refurbishment” procedures at Amazon. Are they just checking all of the boxes to make it look presentably reliable or are they actually testing the functions of the phone? That’s something to consider. I did, however, test it myself and came to conclude that the phone was all good. Would I trust this process and buy another phone from Amazon, absolutely ! I just wanted to point that out.

I would give this phone a 10/10. I wanted an upgrade from a iPhone SE but did not want to pay for the 16pro, since I felt like it was similar to the 14 pro and 15 pro, and the new 16 e had very little features for value. Not only did this phone come in excellent condition with zero scratches, it came with 94% battery which is excellent for a refurbished phone. Worth the money. And also the phone came nicely sealed in a plastic cover, the pic bellow is after I removed it.

Premium Renew, came with a MASSIVE scratch all over the screen… Not impressed, third time I got a damaged phone for despit the fact I ordered premium or excellent renewed condition poroduct…

Tenía mis dudas al comprar un iPhone renovado, sobre todo porque no es un teléfono barato y nadie quiere tirar su dinero a la basura, pero este ha cumplido todas mis expectativas. Lo bueno. Llegó un día antes de lo indicado, la capacidad de la batería es del 98%, lo que es bastante bueno, viene con un cargador y un cable genéricos, y casi no tiene ningún defecto estético visible, solo algunas marquitas (muy pequeñas) en la parte donde se conecta el cargador, son aceptables para la calidad que se especifica (Premium Renewed). Llevo una semana y media utilizándolo diariamente y, hasta ahora, funciona muy bien todo. Lo único malo. Usa eSIM, en varias compañías telefónicas solamente te dan uno si contratas un plan. Sin duda, volvería a comprar un iPhone con Amazon Renewed.
