I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say I’m very happy with this purchase and would like to give share my experience to people considering buying. Had my reservations about buying something so expensive from amazon, but I wanted to replace my phone and this seemed more economical than buying new, especially since I didn’t care about the latest and greatest features. Phone took about 5 business days to get to me, don’t order on a friday. It arrived well packaged in bubbke wrap and a fitted carboard box without any obvious nicks or scratches. Even came with a usb-c to lightning cable. Checked out the battery health as well as I saw a lot of reviews about that, but my phone arrived with about 94%. The quality of the phone overall is as advertised, no obvious damages, but there was a little bit of debris along the seams where I assume the adhesive glue may have been melted to replace some parts? It was impossible to notice after putting a case on it however. Transferring data was also seamless, no previous account tied to the device or anything. Phone came in good packaging. Initial open phone looked perfect when looked at closed there was very very small scratches on the right top corner but a phone case covers it and very very faint scratches on the screen not even noticeable unless you’re really analyzing it. Back cameras all perfect and no scratches or dents. Battery capacity is at 84%. Over all thought best and safe purchase.

I must say that this is a great phone, even for 2025. Considering people are still going around with iphone 6's and 7's, this should last a long time. It is fast, it has the dynamic island feature, and it boasts the newer iphone style with 3 cameras. BATTERY HEALTH AT 100%. Perfect screen as well, only slight scrape on the sides from a previous case. Overall a steal. Highly recommend.

Very small, sand grain-sized chip on screen. No big deal. Battery @ 84%. I am overall satisfied with the purchase and will keep the phone but in the future, I may consider paying a little more from somewhere else that guarantees new/better battery. I do wish battery expectations were listed in the product description of the phone. Apple recommends replacing at -80% so hopefully I can get to the end of the year without forking up a hundred dollars for replacement.

I would’ve given this iPhone 14 Pro a 5 star review but it had a battery capacity of 85%. That isn’t too bad considering the age of this phone but I wish Amazon would require all their vendors to install an Apple certified parts new battery in all their used/renewed phones. Even with the capacity where it is, this phone lasts all of my day. Otherwise this phone is in “like new condition” as the listing was on the page I bought it from.

I took a dive to buy something so expensive from Amazon and refurbish, and I have to say I LOVE my product. I’ve tested it the best I can and everything works. Switching from an old iPhone model, the switching camera perspective throws me off but that’s apple’s fault not the seller’s. there was a TINY tiny tiny tiny little dent in the glass of my screen, like unable to detect unless you’re looking for it, I couldn’t even take a photo of it. And there was a tiny flaw in the electroplating around the camera lenses. Those are the only “flaws” I saw that indicated refurbished. I love my new phone. I’ve had no issues with the sim but I’ll be moving soon, so I’ll let y’all know if I run into any issues.

A minor scratch on the screen protector but that doesn’t matter much, it’s a working iPhone 14 Pro. It had 87% battery health when it got here. Runs flawlessly.
