beautiful phone, no damage or scratches anywhere on it. the only issue i had was setting up the esim, but after an hour on the phone with useless customer support (my phone carrier, not the seller or apple) i figured it out on my own. battery is in 100% health. i upgraded from my iphone 11 because i was having issues with not having enough storage (apps were not working, messages not sending, very slow and freezing randomly, resetting and sitting on a loading screen almost constantly) this is definitely the perfect upgrade for me, and i saved some money getting it refurbished. very worth it in my opinion. seems pretty durable and the camera is awesome. i was a little worried about delivery but this came on time as expected and came to the right place. i wish it would have came with the original cable, but no issue with the one it came with. great performance and no issues.

I usually have terrible luck when it comes to getting a new electronic, but this time I feel like I finally did well! This iphone 15 was in brand new condition and has 100% battery life per the settings. Manufactured in May 2024, used in July 2024, and now on to me in December. Came with an aftermarket charger that works well. I would buy another Amazon refurbished item.

Needed to replace a broken iPhone 15, but did not want to spend the amount a new phone would have been. We were nervous to go this route, but it was all for nothing - phone arrived in mint condition - looked just like a new phone. It appears to have been originally setup about 6 months ago, and likely needed some minor repair. Works excellent, no issues switching our carrier to it, battery life is 100%. Very happy!!

Phone took forever with set up and updates and did not finish them. It has been over a month since the return has been received and I am still waiting for the refund despite having contacted customer service twice.

My device came looking like brand new, with no scratches or signs of use. Digging into the settings I can see that it was previous repaired and serviced by apple, which is fine by me. Battery only had one cyle documented in the settings and was at 100% capacity. Happy with my purchase and I would buy again

I got this refurbished iPhone 15 and it is in like new condition! There isn't a single mark or blemish and it has less than 10 battery cycles. The green color is gorgeous too.

I got this phone as a gift to myself and was a little hesitant on the refurbished aspect but the phone came in perfect condition and seemed brand new! It also came the same day!! It wasn’t hard at all to transfer all my stuff from my old phone:) 10/10
