Was nervous at first getting a refurbished phone, but it arrived pretty much in perfect condition. There’s literally like a pin size dent on the top left corner but u can’t notice it unless you look for it. Battery capacity came at 90% with 389 cycle charges. Overall very happy with the purchase. (I purchased the iPhone 15 Plus in pink in excellent condition)

I bought this phone 15 plus on Amazon and I’m really satisfied. The delivery was fast, the product was well packaged, and the phone looks brand new. the phone battery is on 100% there is a couple of minor scratches on the screen it wasn’t really hard to set up and it comes with a charger too. the phone barely gets hot fr the camera quality is a little bit too good

Day 2 with this phone and I would give it 3 stars I would give 5 but the screen is having calibration issues like when I press one button it’s pressing g another so that is very frustrating. The phone came in good condition. The phone was unlocked on all carriers so I was able to choose which one I wanted very easily. The phone does heat up pretty fast when I charge it even if it’s only on the charger for 15 mins the phone will automatically stop charging because of the temperature until it drops, so I’m not sure how durable it will be in the future. I can tell this screen was replaced it’s not as vivid as a brand new iPhone but you get what you pay for I guess. It’s a good phone I just wish the screen was calibrated better and also wish the phone didn’t overheat while charging. Other than that as far as how it looks and the description it came exactly how they said it would just some minor issues you may come across. Update less than a month later : I woke up one day and my screen just stopped working, like I can hear people calling me I can feel text vibrating etc but it is completely blacked out and not working. Never dropped the phone or damaged it. It just stopped working one day. This phone was about $670 I believe and brand new it may retail for about $200 or so more. Save yourself the trouble and just get a brand new phone. People work too hard for their money for these types of inconveniences. I would highly recommend to stay away from this buyer and go to an actual phone store. I just put in a request for a refund today as it happened this morning so I will come back with another update on that progress. I had 3 stars at first now I’m changing it to 1. Really sad because I wanted to love this phone as it is so nice looking but the mechanical issues make it impossible for use.

Click to play video I’ve had this phone for a little over two weeks now. I wanted to wait a little bit just in case anything were to happen. First things first, SHE IS GORGEOUS!!! LOVE THE PASTEL YELLOW💛 it’s my favorite color. These pictures do not do it justice! It’s so beautiful in person. Mine came in darn near perfect condition! The ONLY thing I see wrong is the tiny little chip on the one side. You’ll see in my14th picture. It’s so small it does not bother me one bit. Everything else is in great condition. The camera works perfectly. There are no scratches on the lens or on the screen. The battery life is so far great. Doesn’t get hot while on charger and in use. MOST IMPORTANTLY It came unlocked. I was able to easily transfer my service and content over from my old phone. Didn’t even take 30 minutes. It also came with what I’m almost positive is a C-port (APPLE) charging cord as well as a pretty decent ANKER 20 W power cube.(c-port). The charging cord is also in perfect condition and works. The ANKER block works just the same. I’ve been searching high and low for the Pastel Yellow IPhone 15 plus. (I’m calling it pastel yellow) I don’t care for the 16s or the Pro Maxs. Nothing against them I’ve just had my heart set on this one for a long while. I went to AT&T to upgrade to this iPhone but they told me they discontinued this exact color and model. I went to several phone stores and was told the same. Im very weary about making a purchase this hefty online. Even amazon but after days and weeks of searching and not really finding a better deal then this I decided to dive right in. I’m glad I did. It’s truly great. Well worth the price I’d say and deserves a well drawn out review such as this. One last note- i have the color filter set on in the accessibility settings so the colors on the phone screen might look more pinkish red than normal. I like it that way. Otherwise this phone is flawless came without a scratch on the front or back. 100% battery capacity, and ONLY 26 life cycles i was genuinely impressed for the price. I had one issue which is why its 4 star i dont know if this is apple or the sellers problem maybe because it sat for so long in storage but the first time i booted it and set it up the wifi would connect and stay connected but it wouldnt actually use it for anything and i couldnt do anything. It was only until i had factory reset the new phone after setting it up the first time that wifi connectivity started working. But since i reset it everything has worked flawless if you want to upgrade but not get gouged out by apple definetly go refurbished!

had sides chipped a bit and some imperfections on the back. but it can all be covered with the case either way. Battery 100%, works great and authentic. Love the purchase but still consider too expensive, only a couple hundreds off the original price

They hid scratches under free PREapplied screen protector (see pictures). Also it was the USA version (no sim card slot, just eSIMs).

I've done this amazon refurbishment purchase a few times with Amazon now, and every time I feel like I got away with a steal. The phone works like any new Iphone 15 plus, and had very little signs of ware. Some key notes you might be interested in: 1. How was the battery? When I checked the settings on the phone, the battery health was 94% after 1 year+2months of use - or 294 charge cycles. The battery is also holding its charge very well - getting around 7-10 hours of gaming, YouTube videos, discord app, even falling asleep for a couple hours with a video running in the background. I expected that the battery would suck, but it's quite good. I expect that for every day use at work or whatever, you could stretch the battery out (easily) to 16hours or more - really depends on how hard you work it. 2. How was the screen? Screen only had one tiny mark that was only visible with a flashlight - does not appear when the screen is turned on. 3. Does the phone actually work? Absolutely. To test the processor, I tried out some intensive gaming to see. The phone is running some seriously demanding games at the moment - without any notable over heating or anything that could indicate any kind of problem with the working parts inside. It works like an iphone that someone passed on to you after about a year of use. 4. Does the camera work - and is it good? The camera is a very weird experience, and I mean that in a good way. Looking through this phone's camera is like looking into a portal to another world (Best way I can describe its fidelity), but it's you filming your surroundings. 60 fps makes it amazingly smooth - and the detail it captures is excellent for Youtubers, bloggers, or even getting the best quality images of your family events; whatever you need, it's awesome!
