I never write reviews but I figured I would because there’s too many bad reviews for this thing. This company itself is very trustworthy out of the others on Amazon. When it came it came with 2 other things I ordered but it was indeed packaged like a phone would be in its own separate box. Nicely protected and the looks of this were beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t see any scratches, the camera and screen were perfect. So I figured I’d start setting it up and see if there was anything wrong with it software wise. None! All hoes very smoothly, I got it connected to my carrier the next day. It’s very durable and all of the little things work perfectly along with the big things. Passcodes, Face ID, etc. I was a little skeptical as I’ve never purchased a renewed phone before. Let alone not on Amazon. But honestly, get it. It’s a simple and cheap choice. I’m 19 and I work for my money. This was the smartest purchase I’ve made.🤗

No visible signs of use, battery life still great, and seems to be working fine so far. Came very securely packaged, with the phone wrapped in protective film, even arriving a day early. USB-C charger was included as well.

Just came back to apple after being on an android work phone for a while. This thing feels so much more durable than the iPhone 10 I had, with a much better design. I love the look of the Titanium. I think 256gb is plenty of memory, but I wish the 1tb wasn't so expensive... Honestly there were a few scratches on it, and I was expecting something that looked brand new... But I like the phone.

So pleased with my purchase! Phone was in pristine condition and with a battery life of 98%, so it’s practically new! Other than that, included was a charging pad (was hoping for a block instead, but no big deal), and two charging cables. If you’re thinking about get a renewed product, I highly recommend it.

I don’t typically write reviews but had to given the somewhat low seller ratings. I read mixed reviews on both this seller and the refurbished phone being sold directly from Amazon. Ultimately I went with this one since the risk seemed about the same - just because Amazon was selling it didn’t make it any more likely to be better. I shouldn’t have been worried! My phone arrived in near perfect condition. It didn’t come in the original box but had a protective sticker covering it, looks like the original charging block came with, and a new (non apple) charging cord. Not a huge deal for me since I’d be primarily using MagSafe to charge my phone. No scratches at all except for a very small one on the front screen that I almost didn’t notice until I removed the screen protector. Now that I have a screen protector on my phone, I can’t see it at all. The battery health was at 100% and only had 5 charge cycles. I had to charge it a little when I first turned it on but I would’ve been fine with out charging. Setup was super easy, and overall very happy to have purchased this refurbished phone for a great price as it essentially came like new!

Replaced my IPhone SE 2 with the IPhone 15 Pro because the 15 Pro has the features of the IPhone 16. The 15 Pro is much more premium than the 16e. The 15 Pro was just a litttle more in cost. The phone was a refurbished and had no defects or scratches, there was only 1 charge cycle on the battery. The only negative was the weight of the 15 Pro is significantly heavier than the IPhone SE 2.

Very good, there are two deep nicks on the screen visible even through a screen protector. Not scratches, so not that bad. Battery is at 100% health, the cameras are great, nicks on power button. The speakers on the phone are horrible when at >75% volume, they sound fuzzy and cut in and out.

Really good phone but I don't really notice much difference from any other model I've owned.

Battery life could’ve been better and there was a couple MINOR scratches on the screen but overall great!

i was a little worried about buying a refurbished iphone from amazon given some of the sellers reviews but my phone came in great condition. there are some very minor scratches but theyre barely noticable and everything else is in working condition. the battery capacity was 100% with 190 charge cycles on it. came with a glass screen protector on which was nice. it does not come in the apple iphone box but rather a box from the reseller with an off brand usb-A to usb-c cord, but the phone was about $400 cheaper than its market price so it doesn’t even matter
