This phone is great. Because I use StraightTalk, I’ve stuck with bargain phones for the last 10 years. Paying full price for unlocked phones, I try to make them last as long as possible. My last phone was an Amazon renewed iPhone XR that was reaching the end of its update and battery lifespan. This review may not apply to somebody simply upgrading from an iPhone 13 or 14, as the differences won’t be as noticeable as they were for me. I immediately noticed how fast the 16 Pro is. Webpages and apps take far less time to load and are much more responsive overall. It seems to sync with Bluetooth devices more quickly. The camera is also a huge upgrade for me. Like wow. Pictures look fantastic. It takes amazing video, too. I went to a metal concert this weekend and the sound quality of my videos was impressive. The 16 Pro has a new camera button on the right side of the phone, which is super useful. My only complaint, is that unlike the rest of the buttons, many phone cases just have a cutout to accommodate this one particular button. It leaves the side of the phone and the edge of the screen exposed, which I’m not a huge fan of. I imagine there’s a reason behind this design, but quite frankly, it doesn’t bother me enough to look it up. This phone has a USB-C port—an update long overdue in my opinion. It also uses an ESIM instead of the traditional physical SIM card. In my case, there was a simple process to transfer the service over on the StraightTalk website. I believe these changes actually came with the iPhone 15, but needless to say, they’re new to me. Screen size states 6.3”—I compared it to the 6.1” screen on my fiancé’s iPhone 15 Pro but didn’t notice a difference. Both phones appear identical to me, but I didn’t overly analyze it, and she didn’t take hers out of the case. Battery life is really nice. What would’ve completely drained my battery before, only drops it to 60% now. Considering this is a current gen renewed phone, I was expecting solid battery life, but not perfect. I was thrilled to see 100% battery life, and this one got me, ZERO CHARGE CYCLES. I can’t say they’re all going to be like this, but other reviewers mentioned similar things. It has an 11/2024 manufacturing date, and under warranty until 11/2025. Typical iPhone ease of use, durability and feel. I’ve used both Apple and Android phones over the years. If you’re like me, and you just want your phone to work, well, if you know, you know. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I got the black titanium in excellent condition and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Phone is basically brand new except for a few scratches in the right corner of the screen but it isn’t noticeable at all once I put a screen protector on. The battery life is amazing! My iPhone 12 would die on me all the time and would go from 100 to 20 in a few hours. I’ve only had this phone for a day but the difference is night and day. I was playing videos and downloading apps for hours last night and the battery dropped less than 10%. I was able to add AppleCare+ Theft and Loss protection very easily which is a major plus. Overall a great phone at a great price!! It’s lightning fast and great quality.

it’s good I’ve been with it 2 days but everything works perfectly so far, just a bit of little scratches on the screen but very very small you don’t even see it unless you clean the screen, out of that I think for the price and the quality is a very good product I bought the gold 16 pro excellent conditions

So I received this iPhone 16 pro which had claimed it was refurbished! Someone had failed to complete the necessary tests to make this iPhone completely functional. In the same day of receiving my refurbished iPhone, I transferred my sim via eSIM which deactivates the physical sim in my other phone, which is fine, but, when I updated the “new” iPhone with iOS 18.2.1(the latest version) the phone itself was getting warmer than a normal phone should have so, I put it in the freezer to cool it down because I didn’t want my house to burn down seen this too many time to take that kinda risk. The networkstore discounted my as a person and I most certainly did NOT feel as though I was a valued customer, yes I got a refund, but I really was looking forward to my “new” iPhone 16 pro, I was so excited when it came! I’m very disappointed that they wouldn’t call me back after several attempts to contact them via phone and voicemail. Please be forewarned here and now to anyone that is looking to get refurbished anything from the Networkstore, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere!

What a great buy! I will admit that I kinda prepared myself for the possibility that I would send this phone back and would need to buy one directly from Apple. I don’t believe in phone contracts. I buy my phones outright, get the cheapest prepaid plans, and after a few years replace. This iPhone 16 Pro replaces a 14 Pro. Surprise! Surprise! The phone is in impeccable condition. I had 100% battery life and only 14 cycles. Also, there are six months remaining of the original Apple limited warranty. No broken pixels, scratches, camera issues. After cleaning for hygiene, I put a MagSafe case on the phone and started immediately using it. I haven’t looked back.

Wow! Way better than I expected! Set up was easy only issue was there was no SIM card but I learned that there was something called an “e sim” . Very easy to transfer my SIM card and data over I just had to call. As of now this is worth every penny! Arrived quick as well! Phone is a tad heavy but I like the durability! And the quality is top notch! Also came with a screen protector so that was amazing to have on the phone! Battery came in at about 60% also so that was impressive! Definitely worth the money!

The item is great, the service however was horrible through Amazon and vendor not very responsive. I asked the order to be “Expedited Shipping”, however vendor would not expedite. Vendor’s phone number says inbox full and no response. Amazon said I could not get Prime Membership dure to a third-party shipment. I will not recommend this vendor. The iPhone 16Pro is in excellent shape & appears to work properly.

I purchased this phone primarily for its dual SIM capability. Unfortunately, even though both SIMS are working, I have not been able to establish a different ring tone for each number. This is making it harder to keep out Spam calls.

The iPhone was as advertised. Quality and functionality was on par with a factory model. Beware that this model uses an internal eSIMM, not an external SIMM tray.
