We haven't had much of a chance to really test these out yet -- we're going to have to do a snow dance! -- I'm impressed with these snow pants so far. They are heavy and warm, and the material and overall craftsmanship seem like it will hold up for multiple seasons. I bought several sizes larger than my son needs in hopes of getting a few seasons out of them and they turned out to be HUGE on him! Fortunately, there are Velcro tabs at the waist that allow you to adjust the size as well as belt loops if that isn't enough. (We have the tabs snugged down as tight as they will go in these photos!) For sizing reference: my son is 60 inches tall and weighs around 94 lbs. He is tall and slim and very athletic. The snow pants in the photos are size XL and are huge, even with the Velcro tabs at the waist tightened as far as they will go. Although they're quite large right now, at the rate this kid is growing they'll be just right by next year!

I ordered two pair for my son, one slightly big for this year (and hopefully next) and another pair in a size up. My son is typically in an 8. He is short and skinny. I got the 10/12 for this season. They are a little big but just enough I feel we can get two years. They aren’t bulky but are roomy. He pulled them on over a pair of khaki uniform type shorts with ease. The pants are reinforced and seem really sturdy. We rarely get snow where we live but do get unpleasant temps in winter. These are perfect for a wild child who loves to play outside. I will be ordering a pair (or two) in the men’s sizing for my older son.

Got size Large for my 12 year old son. He is average size for his age and the size chart said for 14-16. These did not fit. Fortunately they fit my 10 year old. They are otherwise fine, fit comfortably and look warm.

They were exactly what we were looking for our 5 yr old, keeping him dry and warm all day & night. They were even stylishly and a comfortable fit. They held up wonderfully, assuring many more wears in their future! They are adjustable and have a reinforced knee which is much needed when you have a boy.

Bought size 6/7 for 6 year old and they fit perfectly with a little room to last atleast a few more years. The thickness seems just enough to be durable and warm during snow play. The look of the material is as pictured and the zipper and fastenings seem to be good quality. Will update review once we have put them to use.

I bought these for my brother to use just for playing in the snow and such and they are great. They look great and could go with anything. My brother has been outside in these in the wet slushy snow and sometimes the water would seep through around the knee area. They have one of those pull over things that you can pull over the boot to prevent snow from getting in which was great and worked perfectly. They kept him warm when it was 10 degrees and below. They were not bulky and they were super light. The zipper never once broke or had any issues. Sadly my brother has grown tremendously and he has grown out of them since. Overall they are great snow pants and I would definitely recommend.

I really liked the look of these pants for my 9yr old. When I received them they were well-made, felt durable for a lots of snow time and the color and style did not disappoint. Where it went downhill for me was size. After reviewing the size chart and reading comments, I went up 2 sizes expecting these pants to be a little big. I even had them sent to our winter house in anticipation of them fitting without issue. Unfortunately, we had to return them as my daughter could not button them. She is 5'1", weighs 118 and the pants were about 2 sizes too small. If you order these, I would plan on sizing up 3 to 4 sizes as these are very slim fitting.
