These being renewed, one has a very weak battery. Now I need to buy another battery for it.

Okay the reason I got this camera was because I was under the impression I would have access to my entire video library. As it turns out I don't I have to pay for an subscription to have access to my own video library. The answer to that is a no, . What a rip off!! They find keep finding more ways to squeeze more money out of you, having to pay to access your own video library there isn't even an SD card slot in their cameras anymore because they're forcing you to have to pay. I have a few choice words about that. And isnt that how you get people to hate you ! There are other home security cameras that do not charge you to access your own video library cameras that have SD cards that you can save your videos to. No one likes getting railroaded and then squeezed for money. Oh another alternative you can buy the base station but then you still have to pay for the base and an ethernet wire and it's already too much ..I'm just like ...no !! this is stupid !! I'm not doing it. I just found another alternative camera that lets me have access to everything there's no additional costs involved. I'm not going to name it because we're talking about this particular Arlo camera. I'm not impressed with the visual acuity either. The shape is weird it's top heavy.. it's an odd unnecessary unwieldy shape. Keep shopping...
