I ordered two dresses. The blue flowered on was for a 2 year old and she loved it. The light pink one for a 3 year old was too sheer (almost see through) across the top. I do recommend it as a twirly dress; the girls loved twirling (with gym shorts underneath)!

This is a fun summer dress! As with any white attire plus preschoolers, a red popsicle can stain the top white portion. This was originally worn to a wedding, but progressed to a play-time dress as summer wore on. All around, we liked the light blue vibe and cute tie at the shoulders.
