I needed some type of plastic sheet to make a face plate to hold my automotive aftermarket gauges on my car. Cutting and handling the material was great, the texture of the plastic was exactly the look I was going for. The durability is very strong and flexs if needed. I will buy more sheets in the near future when needed.

It's a basic type of material offered by many companies in many sizes. It's exactly what you'd expect it to be. It's an ideal material for cutting with a scissor or utility knife to make light blackout panels for vehicle windows, which are very easy to use compared the common alternatives like reflectix, etc. This thickness is the perfect balance of rigidity and functionality. However, the flexibility of the material does allow a little bit of bowing in the car window application, which is not actually a problem, but something to be aware of.

I made a very sturdy undercarriage cover for my van just in time before the winter. A few weeks after I made and installed the cover, a massive snowstorm hit the area but fortunately, I was covered. Pros Very strong Textured Looks good Different sizes that fit all needs Cons Unlike other sheets I used in the past, it doesn't cut well with a jigsaw. The factory box needs to be stronger, one of the panels arrived with just one protective corner and unfortunately arrived broken. Overall, I'm Very satisfied.

I bought this plastic sheet to replace the headlight block on my KTM 300, and it worked out better than I expected. The material was super easy to cut with just a regular pair of scissors—no fancy tools needed. Once installed, it’s done a fantastic job protecting the front of my bike from rocks, branches, and all the random debris I kick up on the trail. It feels sturdy, doesn’t flex too much, and has held up against some pretty rough rides. If you’re looking for a quick and durable DIY solution for a motorcycle or other project that needs some tough plastic, this stuff really does the trick. I’m glad I gave it a shot. Came with two sheets so I plan on making one for my buddy soon.

Years ago I had a favorite "bench scraper" for kitchen use, that had two straight edges for flat surfaces and corners, a convex round edge for scraping out large bowls and a concave round edge for scraping things like rolling pins. I traced its shape and kept the pattern since there was no way of telling where it had come from. When I got these sheets of ABS plastic, I had a friend cut me out some matching bench scrapers. It works well, being stiff enough and just a little flexible, but the first one cracked after just a few weeks, so either the material was a bit stiff for my purpose or we abused it in our kitchen (who knows?) We're going to use the others we had made and see if we can make them last longer.

The plastic was very well packed and arrived as two sheets. They have a slight pebble grain texture on one side and a shiny smooth side on the other. If you work on automotive electronics, you usually run into situations requiring fabrication of custom items like speaker frames, switch panels, or mounting plates. This stuff is strong, stiff, and cuts/ sands like plywood. But, it is better than wood as it is thinner and has a black textured finish that doesn't require painting (unless you want to change the color). It's also tough enough to be used in the engine compartment, just not right next to really hot areas. I can't recommend this stuff enough, it's what you need, haha. Be sure to order the correct thickness for your application. Cheers

I use this to cover the rear chambers of my WaterBox 35.2 reef aquarium. It keeps the light blead from shining into the chambers and stops any algae from growing and stops any visibility through the dark tinted glass on the rear panel.
