I work from home and tried two other wireless keyboards that turned out to have poor performance. When I received it I connected to a charger to bring it to full charge as it only had three of four charge indicator lights showing. The charge light came on but never turned to red, even while I left it charging overnight it still had the red charge light on and three indicator lights. I figured maybe defective charge indicator but that it must have a full charge by then. I used it from Mid-February until a week into May, and the low charge indicator lit up. It was then I concluded that it was not capable of charging, and the return window at Amazon had expired. I contacted Airteck at the support email and received a reply the following day, apparently from the manufacturer in China. After confirming I tried the solutions offered with no results, I was advised they had shipped a replacement that should arrive in four days. I received it the following day! I immediately plugged it in to give it a full charge and about an hour and a half later the charge light had turned green, and it indicated full charge. I've used it three days this week for over 8 hours a day and it works flawlessly. Still shows full charge so I think it will last a very long time between charges. (The defective one worked for over two months on whatever charge it had when it shipped) I highly recommend this model HW192 keyboard. Has a two-year warranty and as I experienced, very responsive customer service. It is very quiet, and the key response never lags like the other one I tried. Also, it is a stainless-steel back with a very solid feel, and the rubber feet don't let it slide around on the desk. I chose it as I wanted a slim keyboard in order to preserve desk space, with reliable performance, and after wasting my money on two others found the best choice. Defects occur sometimes I know, as I work in sales and tech support for a manufacturer of tractor attachments and accessories, and the difference is how efficiently occasional issues are resolved. Airteck gets five stars in my opinion. Not a gamer so I didn't rate for that purpose.

Today, I received my new Arteck Ultra Slim Keyboard. Absolutely Awesome! It's got a nice and black finish on the top with chrome gloss back cover. This has a very Elegant look to it. It has Bigger - Brighter letters, has low profile keys and has an ultra slim design. All of which I Love!! I wasn't sure I was going to like this new type of keyboard… but… it totally ROCKS!!! I'm gonna have to get used to the keys on this keyboard because of the low profile design, but I can definitely tell a difference when typing on this keyboard (which I currently am using to write this review). They keys are spaced just far enough apart that you're not pushing multiple letters at once, but not too far apart that your stretching your fingers to get to the keys. As far as I can tell… It responds quick, no lag time in the response of the keys being pushed versus the words showing up on the screen. Keeps up with my typing even though I don't type super-duper fast, I'm not a super slow typist either. After just using a my work keyboard today (HP Keyboard) I can definitely tell the difference in how much more comfortable and responsive it is to use and how much more low profile it is compared to the traditional keyboards. The ergonomic position of my wrists are at a good angle and I am not having to tilt my hands up or down depending on the height of the keyboards that I currently use. The Arteck sits lower for my wrist/hand position than they would on the HP keyboard. Definitely a plus in my opinion. Straight out of the box it had some battery life so I just plugged in the USB device and just started using it with absolutely no problems. I plugged in the charging cable and turns out the keyboard was nearly charged when it arrive because it took less than an hour to fully charge the keyboard. So far, so good. To say the least, I am definitely impressed with this new Arteck Keyboard. I wasn't sure I was going to like the ultra slim design with the low profile keys, especially after some of the reviews I've read, but I give it 5 stars of 5 stars only because of its low profile - ultra slim design, its plug and play feature and because it works with absolutely no issues straight out of the box. The only concern I have is it’s a USB-rechargeable keyboard. I am used to having wired keyboards to home and at work and the fact that its rechargeable sounds great! But I'm just not sure how this will ultimately benefit me at work using a rechargeable keyboard versus the wired keyboards that I'm used to. I will have to see how this all plays out regarding in regards to the pros and cons of using a USB-rechargeable keyboard. Only time will tell.

Unfortunately for me the keyboard had some defect, though the supplier had given me an upgraded version. But I must give 5 stars for the customer service. I was contacted immediately and offered replacement new keyboard of my choice since the same was not available. However I wanted the same so they approved refund immediately. One of the best customer support I have come across. It’s just my bad luck that the one got happened to be the last piece. Thank you very much for the excellent after sales support.

The slim design fits perfectly on my desk without taking up too much space. Typing feels smooth and quiet, which is great when I'm working late and don't want to disturb anyone. The battery life is impressive; I don't have to worry about charging it constantly. Plus, the stainless steel build gives it a sturdy feel, so I know it's built to last. Overall, it's a reliable keyboard that has made my daily tasks easier and more enjoyable.t is really useful as this give the feel of a full keyboard
