Perfect Sizing: I was intimidated by the pictured size, at least initially. But look how it quickly disassembles into manageable pieces. Everything fits into the little bag that sits unobtrusively in my crossover's cargo section. Then I can use just the business piece (brush or scraper), attach just one of the handles, attach both handles, or even extend the telescoping handle further - for whatever size I need at that moment. Pieces snap together securely, with a solid feel. Then a natural-feeling push button releases them when finished. Perfect Function: At one business end, I can either chop or scrape ice. Few devices offer that chopping tool. At the other end, the right-angle setting lets me clear snow like a push-broom would. The in-line setting lets me sweep snow away. In comparisons to other models, the only function missing is a rubber squeegee. But that's not what I need in a snow/ice scraper.

Updated - the seller reached out to offer a replacement or refund. Since we already replaced it with a different one locally, we chose a refund. However, they did want to understand where the issue was to be able to fix the product in their end. Customer service is top notch. We will consider this company for future purchases. Original - We got our first snowstorm in Colorado this week, and I used this to clean off our cars this morning. After about five minutes use, this snapped right in half, and I had to toss it. Thankfully, I had a few others in the cars that have lasted a few years. Disappointed in this product, and I can’t return it due to having already thrown away all of the original wrapping.

I bought 1 for myself to use on my personal vehicle and my Tractor trailer rig. Absolutely worth the money. Scraped off Ice on the windshield and the brush is AMAZING for the hood of my work truck. Great storage bag to keep in my truck. Easy to use and put together when switching from my little car to the rig. Brushes are soft enough to not scrape paint my firm enough to push off heavy wet snow. It's a strong product that's also light weight.

We just had a snowstorm the other day, a few inches, snapped the pieces together without difficulty, and cleaned the car. The length was just right to comfortably reach the roof, and the brush quickly removed the snow. Haven't used the ice scraper yet, but it seems sturdy enough. Also liked the pouch it came with, which went right into the car's trunk.

I purchased my AstroAI 47.2 few days before the stroom though it didn't arrive intime for the first snow off it make it before it was expected , it's a really great and convenient tool to have and a real value. The design allows you to break it down removing the the brush attachment and or the scaper . It comes with it's own storage pouch for easy storage . The brush head attachment is supper soft so as not to scratch your car and the reasoning handles make it easy to remove snow from your windshield or roof . If you have a S.U. V or truck your covered no trying to reach those hard areas like the middle of the windshield or top of the hood just extend the the scraper and start bushing . So glade I purchased my Astro AI 47.2 even comes in different colors if your wanting to match you car

Bought this a year ago, so well beyond the return window, but used it the first time this year. I loved the length and effectiveness, was great for brushing snow off a tall suv and backyard canopy roof. But the second snow day of the year it snapped in half while brushing my car. Hence the 2 stars. I loved it and wanted to keep using it but it broke way too quickly and easily. Update: Seller reached out to send a replacement, definitely seems like they stand behind it! Will give another shot.
