Only 160 calories per shake, and only 1 net carb, with 15 grams of protien, these shakes hit the spot, taste great and keep me feeling satisfied until lunch time. I’ve even grabbed one for a nighttime snack. They have an extremely smooth consistency, with only 1 gram of sugar. The big 11 ounce size is just enough to feel satisfied. They are definitely a healthier alternative to grabbing other convenient items, like donuts!! Good quality packaging too. Glad I chose this product, will buy again!

These taste amazing , the easiest to drink without the aftertaste. No thick consistency which I love because if you mix it with coffee it gives you the perfect taste . Smells like vanilla and super convenient for on the go.
