These have a very great taste and I'm very pleased with this product. There's not a ton of sugar the consistency is good and it's a great way to get your protein and other vitamins that you need definitely recommend buying this.

Actually quite delicious! Very dark chocolate flavor, and not "chalky" or watered down like some other low cal diet shakes you've probably had. I also find it really IS sort of filling. I will admit I usually drink two. But still, maybe because of its thickness, that does seem to squelch the old ravaging appetite. Low carb too so if you have to watch those, here you go. Personally I would say skip the vanilla and strawberry, unless you just really love those flavors, and get the dark chocolate which is VERY good.

Being on Keto isn’t easy but you do learn and adapt fairly quickly. Finding your “go to” foods and drinks makes it so much easier and one of my go to drink is this Atkins Strawberry Shake. It’s so smooth and tastes naturally sweet, not too sweet and not at all of the chemically aftertaste you find on many other keto drinks. Not sure if these are meant to be meal replacements but I do have one for a lunch replacement during work and it gets me through the day. I also grab one as a snack or when craving something sweet. I always keep these on hand when I’m on my keto diet and they work great for me. Lost tons of weight and do not spike my blood sugar levels.

I recently tried the Atkins Milk Chocolate Delight protein shake, and while the flavor was enjoyable, it didn’t quite measure up to my usual brand. I picked these up because they were on sale and significantly cheaper—sometimes being on a budget means making those choices! While they’re a decent alternative in a pinch, I’d still prefer my usual brand for both taste and overall satisfaction. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, they’re worth a try, but I wouldn’t make them my first choice.

I love this protein shake! It tastes great, is not chalky or clumpy, and is very satisfying. They are also a good source of protein and low carb. I convinced my husband to try them and he now drinks them regularly.

Wow the dark chocolate flavor is good! I bought from another company and the taste is so horrible! Now I’m trying this and one sip it tastes just like an ordinary chocolate drink! Hope it works though! Just want to be able to get some food in the morning before work!

I love these shakes! They taste fantastic are high in protein and so low in sugar. My favorite breakfast is to pour this shake into some Bustelo coffee over ice. Very filling and incredibly tasty! I sip on it throughout the morning and it keeps me happy. I'll definitely keep buying these.

Ordered this and just got it delivered. Not even a month use by on it. Tastes like watered down chocolate.

Not happy that I was sent these that is expiring in less than a month and it's international order so will be difficult to replace or return
