If you love a flavor explosion, these are it!! My 13yr old son started cooking himself grand breakfasts and lunches last summer. He’s since become a condiment connoisseur, like myself, whipping up elaborate concoctions to compliment his entree creations. I told him about these mayo variations and he’s been begging me to order them. When they arrived today we collectively rushed to the pantry to grab a box of seed crackers. We tried each one in order of what we were least eager to sample, to what most excited us. That meant the Dijon flavor was first. I was worried it would be too pungent for him, but we’re both surprised at how much we loved it. The briny cornichons add the perfect kick. The Dill was next; it was pleasantly herby, almost refreshing, the pickle flavor sealed it with a nice acidic bite. I was most excited to try the Giardiniera flavored one. It was everything I dreamed of. Honestly we both love the heat from the chiles and the punchy pickled veggies. It was literally mouth watering. We started brainstorming tomorrow’s dinner around our new spreads. After I went to bed I could smell something toasting wafting throughout the house. He was making himself a smoked turkey sandwich with a sunnyside up egg, tomato, and our newly beloved Hot Giardinayo. I can’t wait to see what else we concoct with these!! Molly Baz is a genius.

These Mayo Gone Wild sauces are delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these, but they really didn't disappoint. Each sauce is packed with flavor and perfect for adding to a variety of sandwiches. My firm favorite is the Dill Pickle Mayo which has a great balance of both the dill and tangy pickle.

These Mayo Gone Wild sauces are a genuine delight for the taste buds. I was pleasantly surprised after ordering them—they exceeded all expectations with their rich, complex flavors that elevate any sandwich creation. The Dill Pickle Mayo stands out as a personal favorite, striking a perfect balance between fresh dill and tangy pickle notes. What makes it special is the thoughtful texture—the finely chopped pickles add a satisfying little bit in every bite. While reminiscent of tartar sauce, it maintains its own distinctive character with a more pronounced dill pickle profile. It's versatile enough to complement fish sandwiches beautifully and works wonderfully as a binding ingredient in potato salad and tuna salad. The Hot Sauce Mayo delivers a noticeable heat that enhances meats without overwhelming their natural flavors—warm and zingy rather than scorching. Meanwhile, the Tangy Mustard variant leans more toward traditional mustard flavors than tanginess, making it an excellent choice for hot dogs or sausage based foods. For sandwich perfection, I've found applying Mayo Gone Wild on one slice of bread and regular mayo on the other creates an ideal flavor balance that doesn't overpower. These sauces also shine as vegetable dips, offering a simple way to add excitement to your snacking routine.

These sauces have some strong flavor. If you’re expecting to be able to taste the mayo, the dill flavor is probably the only one that does that. The Dijon is strongly Dijon flavored, I used it instead of my regular Dijon mustard to make egg salad but had to add my nearly my usual amount of mayo as well. When I made that adjustment, it did make a good egg salad, but I was thinking since it’s advertised as mayo gone wild that it would still have a mayo taste to it. The dill I use as dip for my veggies, and it’s good that way. The giardinayo I’ll probably use in my burger sauce recipe, but like with my Dijon egg salad I’ll probably still need to add mayo. They do taste good, but the Dijon and giardiniera ones are more sauces that would be good mixed into mayo.

It's always a little risky trying new sauce brands, especially online, but these are delicious. I genuinely like all of them, and I'm not even that much of a spicy person. So far, we've only tried them on sandwiches, but it's grilling season, so they will be tested on burgers very soon. They are on the chunkier side, sauce-spreading-wise, so if you prefer a smooth blended condiment, this may not be your ideal texture. We got these from the Vine program, but the price for three sauces doesn't bother me that much. I think it's a bit on the high side, but we don't mind splurging on fun new foods every now and then. We didn't have any issues with packaging or delivery, either. No squished or exploded bottles. They're a fun addition to the sauce collection.
