I bought one of these a little over 1 year ago. There was no “bottom to the cardboard box when it arrived, only taped styrofoam. There was a dent on the side and the door did not close tightly ( almost an inch off). I asked for a replacement after sending pictures and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately, as I was required to pay $40.00 to send the other one back….I ended up paying for 2 of them. I was told by repairman it would cost at least $90.00 to repair, so opted out of that.As I was pretty sure it just needed an adjustment, I looked through YouTube for “how to realign a freezer door. The hardest part was getting the bolt off. 5 minutes later…It’s working great! Both are working great. They freeze very quickly, no leaks, and everything stays frozen. I’d get the larger one, but I’m scared it would arrive damaged and then I’m stuck.

I really loved this little freezer. when i opened it, i was pleasantly surprised by how much space there is inside, and after plugging it in, it was practically silent. Very nice little appliance, nice looking, too. Great value for the price. unfortunately I had to return this item as it didn’t fit in my cabinet space, i should have looked more closely at the outside dimensions. Duh…

The whole unit is built likd a Katz and Jammer kids' cartoons showing kids building "CRAP" objects that serve to consume a purchaser's time ... of many hours WASTED on a FREEZER PRODUCT THAT WAS MORE THAN LIKELY ASSEMBLED SOMEWHERE BY CHIMPANZEES..or BETTER STILL MONKEYS AND WITHOUT THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO ASSEMBLE AND PACKAGE A PRODUCT THAT SHOULD LAST "YEARS' WITHOUT PROBLEMS. I HAD AN IGLOO FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS WITHOUT ANY SORT OF PROBLEMS ,AT ALL. THIS FREEZER CANNOT BE BETTER DESCRIBED BY USING MORE APPROPIATE WORD THAN 'JUNK' . ONE CANNOT REVERSE THE DOOR... THE BRANIACS PUT PHILLIP HEAD "PLASTIC" OR NYLON SCREWS TO RECEIVE THE DOOR HINGES... THE SCREW HEADS JUST BREAK AWAY FROM THE SCREW LEAVING THE SCREW THREADS STUCK IN THE HOLE WHERE THE SCREW WAS POSTIONED. PLASTIC OR SIMILAR MATERIAL SCRESS CANNOT FUNCTION WHEN THE SCREW IS INSERTED INTO A WHOLE... WITH THE SCREW PUSHED THROUGH STICKY PAPAER USE TO WRAP THE FREEZER. I NEED TO HAVE THESE "DEFECTIVE" PRODUCTS RETURNED... AND THEY NEED ITTO BE REMOVED FROM MY DOMICILE BY PAID HELP NEEDED TO RESOLVE A REALLY BAD PRODUCT PRODUCER. I WANT TO BE PAID TO RETURN THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT... I DON'T GET PAID TO "FIELD TEST" A MANUFACTURER'S POORLY DEVELOPED PRODUCT... PAY ME FOR "REASEARCH" AND TESTING OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. **UPDATE to this review. I had a one-star and changed to a 5 star. I was contacted by the seller and given more $$ back.** The freezer was fine and a good size just for freezer items. Basic small freezer. I bought it for my mom in an assisted living facility because she kept sneaking into the freezer to eat the communal ice cream. Once we got the freezer she decided she didn't want ice cream anymore because it's bad for her. She took the freezer out of the box, but never even plugged it in. Just put it in her closet. So, we needed to return it. Well, the reason for the lack of stars is because this thing was about $120 w/tax. The seller charged me $22+ change in shipping fees AND another $10 for a promotional credit they'd given. They kept over $32!! What? Unacceptable here at Amazon! Do not buy from this seller.

We bought this freezer for our pop camper. There was no way to keep food frozen so we had to run to the store every other day for me, once we received this freezer wow what a difference . It’s big enough to hold many dinners. I have a week and 1/2 days of of meat in the freezer with a half gallon of ice cream, never been able to eat ice cream at the campground. . The freezer is very quite, the knobs are on the back of the freezer a dial to set to your liking. I kept it at 2 and my ice cream was rock hard. Does a bang up job. Its a little bulky with the size but easy to mover around. I would recommend this product

Even at the highest setting, this fridge really isn’t that cold. The food won’t spoil and it can cool your drinks but the “freezer” is totally useless. When I try to use the accompanying ice tray it doesn’t even make ice, it just turns into semi-frozen slush. Also, you can’t really put anything in the door because the metal bars fall off with the smallest amount of weight pushing against them. I could live with this if it wasn’t for all the water. The freezer area constantly drips and every time you open the fridge it’s covered with water. Anything you put on the top area will come out wet.
