These are terrific covers that fit and feel exactly how I wanted them to. Once on, they are very snug and not bulky feeling at all. The ridged design really improves the grip which provides a greater feeling of control of the vehicle. The packaging does say “genuine leather”, but I kind of wonder about that. Leather usually gives off a distinct smell, but these covers have absolutely no odor whatsoever. Regardless, they are great fitting covers that appear to be solidly constructed. Just about every cover I have looked at consists of three sections with three seams, but the BDK is one long piece with only one seam, which looks a lot a cleaner and more upscale. Installation can be a bit of a chore, but I tumbled mine in the clothes drier for about 5 minutes to soften the materials, which made the process a lot easier. The instructions show to start at the top and work down, but I found it to be much easier to start at the bottom and work up. This also made it easier to keep the seam centered on the bottom of the steering wheel. I put one on my wife’s 2016 Accord (size small) and one on my 2005 Pilot (size medium), and they really do look nice. The only way to get something nicer would be to buy a stitch on cover, but I’m not interested in spending 2-3 hours installing each one. Don’t be overly concerned about the California Prop 65 warning on the package. I have lived in California the last 42 years and have handled plenty of items that came with a Prop 65 warning label and I’m still alive to write this review. Trust me, they would attach a Prop 65 warning label to our air if they could.

So this steering wheel cover arrived today. It was not too expensive so I thought what the heck. Could not be worse than the crumbling mess of a steering wheel I have on my '01 Dodge Ram pickup. My steering wheel OD is 15 inches. This cover fits like a freaking glove! It was not difficult to install, I did not heat it up in the sun as recommended. Just pulled and stretched and it went on easily with no tools required. I haven't gone for a drive yet but so far I am impressed. Assuming I like it for long drives, highly optimistic, I am planning to use this brand of covers on all future vehicles. In fact, I recommend placing one on a new vehicle to protect the factory steering wheel for resale. This thing is great. It has a rubberized liner to prevent the cover from slipping. It also has ribs [insert nasty joke here] which will help for grippieness. I would give this sucker more than 5 stars if possible. Dang Amazon limiting my star givin' abilities. Will update after I drive around for a few days. Looking forward to it.

Great feel and look. You Definitely have to heat it up in the sun or in the dryer with a towel for 5 minutes on high. Be patient and follow the instructions. It’s worth it! 2015 Honda Civic 13 1/2”to14” size.

I struggled for years to find a cover to hide the ugly cracked steering wheel in my 1996 Honda Accord and let me tell you this one fits perfectly! Looks good, feels good, fits good. Had to warm it up with the heater a bit to get it to stretch over the wheel but once it was on it's a nice fit and doesn't slip like the other ones I tried.

Absolutely one of the nicer covers I have seen for the money. It has a great leather feel and look - definitely fits with my new F150 black interior. Some others say they had to warm it up in the sun, but I didn't want to wait (impatient like that). I was able to put it on with a bit of effort..but pretty quick (under 3 minutes). I've had it now for a few months and it looks just like it did when I got it - easy on the hands and looks great.

So, unlike some reviewer's mention, mine had a good stitch all round the wheel, however, a minor gripe is that mine came with the mating areas (where it meets on the bottom of the wheel) differing by about a 1/4'' from the front to the rear. The problem is not very visible, and it is on the bottom. You can only see it if you stare at the bottom of the wheel, but... who.. does.. that? he he So, I kept mine. It is a little slippery because the leather is new, but it is definitely real leather all around, unlike some sellers duping by saying it is made of leather but only the solid pieces are made from real leather but the perforated sections are not and are made of substitute--that is why you would see so many bad reviews for sectional steering wheel covers. Perforated fake leather falls apart quickly and you would see actual synthetic material once that rubbery so called leather is worn off or peeled off. I recommend solid non-perforated steering wheel covers, though, I must admit, they are more slippery when new. I think with enough body oils and chemical residues and daily driving rubbing it would become more grippy overtime. A side note, if you have a steering wheel and it is covered in factory laced up leather and you want to put this steering wheel cover on, you might want to consider going for Large size instead of the medium size, for example, if you have a 15'' diameter steering wheel. I have such a case and, even though I was able to put the medium cover on it, there is now a considerable (about 20%) no coverage where your fingertips meet the wheel. No big deal, but the wheel cover is not as enwrapping as I would like it to be. I think going to next larger size would make putting it on easier and it would hug the steering wheel more fully. This only applies to those who have factory laced up leather cover on their wheels, but this suggestion is not limited to such cases only. Overall, this is a great bang for the buck. It is hard to find genuine leather nowadays, and sifting through thousands of comments is a real chore. Made of Real Genuine Leather. Your received stitching quality may vary.
