I bought one set of the black satin pillowcases to try, and ended up ordering two more so I can rotate them during washes. I really like the quality — they feel super soft and smooth, and they’ve held up great so far. I have standard-size pillows and these cases are not big enough. They fit but do not stay on. They look great, don't seem to wrinkle, and sleep great. Unfortunately, they do not zipper and are a bit too small for standard-sized pillows so they really are not as functional as I would like them to be.

I used to use silk pillow cases but I put on thick moisturizer on my face at night and notice the silk almost seemed to absorb it and leave “grease” looking satins all over the pillow. That’s why I switched to satin because when I use hair oil, chapstick, or thick moisturizer there weren’t those weird stains. These pillowcases are really nice very soft but they do seem to act a bit more like silk than satin and leave those weird stains on them. Unfortunately they didn’t really work for me, but they are very nice.
