The BISSELL Steam Shot OmniReach Handheld Steam Cleaner (2024 model) is a game-changer for tackling tough messes effortlessly. Right out of the box, it's easy to use, lightweight, and heats up quickly, so you can start cleaning in no time. The OmniReach design is fantastic—it allows me to reach tight spaces, corners, and even high surfaces with ease. It comes with a variety of attachments that make cleaning everything from grout and kitchen appliances to upholstery and bathroom tiles a breeze. Plus, since it uses only water, it's a safe and eco-friendly way to sanitize surfaces without harsh chemicals. What really stands out is the powerful steam output. It cuts through grime, grease, and stubborn stains effortlessly. I've used it on my stovetop, sinks, and even to refresh fabric surfaces, and the results are amazing. The water tank lasts long enough for most cleaning tasks, and refilling it is simple. Overall, the BISSELL Steam Shot OmniReach is a must-have for anyone who wants an easy, chemical-free way to deep clean their home. It's compact, effective and worth every penny

I’m absolutely thrilled with the Bissell SteamShot! This little handheld steam cleaner is a powerhouse when it comes to tackling tough messes around the house. It heats up quickly and provides strong steam that easily cuts through grease, grime, and even sticky spots on countertops, stovetops, and bathroom surfaces. I love how versatile it is—it comes with multiple attachments, so I can use it on different surfaces and hard-to-reach areas like grout lines and corners. The steam pressure is strong enough to clean without harsh chemicals, making it a great option for anyone looking for an eco-friendly solution. It's also lightweight and easy to maneuver, making cleaning a breeze. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient steam cleaner that delivers results, the Bissell SteamShot is an excellent choice!

Click to play video Don't expect the steamshot to be the workhorse to clean EVERYTHING in your home is my disclaimer. In my opinion, it works best for small jobs around the house since it's quite heavy to hold in your hold and to keep the trigger consistently pushed to release the steam. Here's what I tried it on, starting with the good first: Good: - Toilet: Finally I can blast through the small gaps where the seat hinges are. I have peace of mind that are is sanitized thoroughly. I use it BEHIND the toilet where it's hard to reach too. The extra long hose attachment came in handy for that. Use on exterior of toilet only. Also great for that bottom area where the toilet meets the floor. - Bathroom and Kitchen sinks: Again, I like how the steam can blast through the knob gaps and hinges, behind the faucets. Since you're already in the sink, the water drips back into the sinks. - Pet bed: When I just want to refresh it and don't have to stick the whole thing into the washing machine. You can also steam clean delicate sweaters too! There is a cloth attachment so you're not touching the nozzle right onto clothes. Just Okay/Bad: - Shower: The grout attachment was NOT made to get into corners or 90 degree angles unfortunately. The bristles are just too short and it doesn't reach the edge of the attachment. That said, it's designed for grout that's on a flat surface. I used the round bristle to scrape off some gunk from the bottom of the shower doors - did an ok job, i still need to go in with a small toothbrush to really get it all cleaned. I was hoping the steam could blast through the very bottom of the shower doors where there is probably gross build-up from sitting water but i didn't see any more gunk rinse off - I'm sure it sanitized the area though. I did not use it on the glass shower door since the machine is corded, it was difficult for me to get inside the shower, then close the door in order to use it (I need to close the door to get to water grime build up on the inside of the door). - Stove top knob area where there is grease build-up. Just no. Because this is the knob area, the water dripped onto my floor and on the rest of the stove, the oven door and it didn't even remove it all. In my head, I imagined all the grease just melting away, lol. Use a degreaser instead. There were still little bits of clumped up grease I have to scrape off but I ended up scraping off some my knob writing! Knob area was still gunky looking. Just use a degreaser and it got it all shiny again! I was not about to use it on my actual stove area where the burners are as that is a heavy-duty job and you will need to wipe away all the grease/bits of burnt food anyway. I do like the mini scraper tool which would be good on the something like the oven door, not for detailed work like the knob area. Since the steamer isn't claiming to do every household job or even heavy-duty jobs, I'd rate this a 4. It does claim to tackle oven grime but it does on okay job.

Wow, where do I begin! I have a daycare and everything. . . EVERYTHING gets touched. Touching = GERMS 🦠 touching also means dirt and grime buildup. This brought out so much nasty I didn't realize was there on the bathroom stool. It gets a good wipe down at the end of the week but the amount of gunk that came out of the crevices was. . . EW. I am so excited to use this on EVERYTHING! Door handles, toys, windows and mirrors, high chairs, boosters, changing table, cots, cribs and mattresses. Now to address other concerns from previous reviews. I used this steamer for a solid 45 minutes, switching out the tools to clean my bathroom. I was able to steam my shower, removing soap scum; steam the whole toilet, the mirror, the counter, sink, faucets, caulk lines, the whole 9 yards. Momma had a little fun with her new cleaning tool and after all that I still had some water and steam left over. That being said- this sucker definitely lasts so I don't know what some other people's issues were or how long they anticipated it to last but it worked wonderfully. I can't address comments on water leakage other than I didn't have any I wouldn't expect. It's water that's heated to steam, there will be dripage. My ONLY complaint is the tigger to control steam can cause your thumb to hurt after a while. My hope is once I get my house and all toys initially cleaned, it won't take as long cleaning the next time, reducing amount of time spent holding down the trigger. Overall I believe this is a wonderful tool and great price for what you get.
