Great product! Can charge a Samsung Galaxy new models. Can charge a power bank at least 10,000mah power banks. The design is compact and sturdy. This is easy to use, just put it into direct sun and can immediately begin to charge in a power outage or in a survival situation, or put in a big out bag.

Click to play video Hands down this device will save you in a bind. You can charge your phone anywhere as long as there’s some sunlight. I don’t know if it works with artificial sunlight, but the moment that the panels hit the sun, the charging begins. I think the downside is that it doesn’t store any power And when you try to sit it up in a triangle, there is no attachment on the opposite side of the D rings to secure it. It doesn’t come with the lightning attachment so if you still have those version of the phone, you want to make sure you have that cord stored in the pouch otherwise it’s lightweight. It’s adorable. It can be carried anywhere. It works on contact. And I don’t know the full charging time because my phone has not been close to dead when I’ve used it, but it charges pretty fast.

I'm happy with this 30W solar charger. I bought another brand's 28W charger that had 3x USB-A outputs but they capped out at 12W per USB port. I bought this Blavor one that had a higher charge potential per port. I tested out both the USB-A and the USB-C on an iPhone (3200mA battery) and was getting 18W from the USB-C port and 12W from the USB-A port. I'm not sure why the USB-C charged at 9V and the USB-A charged at 5V but that doesn't really matter. And I'm not sure why USB-C was pulling a higher wattage. My phone went from 37% at 4:55p to 56% at 5:06p. That is 19% in 11 mins (which I think comes out to 12W average but didn't double check my math). Keep in mind that obtained Watts (power) you get will be dictated by the Sun and by your device you are charging. For example, my iPhone pulls more Watts when it is a lower charge versus charging it when it is 90%. My test was run on a sunny day in mid May around 5pm. I would recommend this solar charger. I also bought their 10W version and I was also happy with it's performance/weight.

This is a nice solar panel with an easy interface for the USB compatible devices. I purchased this because the solar batteries in my hurricane kit charge very slowly. I was hoping that this added charging power would significantly reduce the charging time of the batteries. While it helped reduce the charging time, the impact was less than I had hoped. It's a good addition to the solar array for the price, but I need to consider a more powerful solution. The construction of the panel is good and the design allows the panel to be hung in a window with a phone in the back pocket. I didn't return the panel because it will be helpful in the even of a power outage.

I’ve been testing this during the weekend before a camping trip and it was great recharging my power bank. It’s lightweight, the cover is sturdy and seems to be good quality. Very good value for its price point.
