New add to my diet and health regimen. Seems high quality. Has a markedly sharper taste that the grocery "sea salt" and certainly more than my Himalayan pink salt. Outcomes of use are yet to be determined. Pricing was upper range, a little 'salty' and actual shipping was delayed (felt questionable)

This is a great product! We have been using mineral salt for a while now and the flavor is great. I use it in everything from sourdough to eggs and even adding to water for the mineral content. The bag lasts for a while too!

Bought this to use as a mineral supplement as it has over 90 of the needed minerals. It does exactly what I need it for. The quality and taste were so good that I now use it as my main cooking salt and for finished dishes.

Salt tastes great. Unlike regular "table salt", this has a unique taste - I suspect the way non industrialized salt should taste. However, the salt is "damp" - it clumps easily, and has a high level of static charge. Between those two issues it is impossible to "shake" out of any of the small to extra large shakers that I have. The salt sticks to the side and clumps at the shaker holes. About the only way to apply it to food is to put some in your palm and pinch it onto your food - getting it out of a shaker is impossible.

I have an RO filter and have used Himalayan, Celtic, as well as another type of mineral salt (can't remember the name of the last one - but higher quality than others) to re-mineralize my drinking water and this is by far the best tasting! The others were very salty tasting. You have to use a lot of Hymalayn to get proper minerals. The mineral profile on the Baja Gold it excellent and the tase is mild - not overly salty at all!. I highly recommend this! A little pricier that the others, but if I use it for drinking (1 tsp per 4 gallon) and to sprinkle, the 5lb bag will last me for yrs!!
