Heavy light but amazing light and switch makes it so nice to be able to control... brightness..also being able to make light lower or make higher in seconds also the flip just adds that flavor great quality and that's the truth thanks won't be my last time great buy

Nice light good quality components works well for the price. I should’ve gone bigger though. But I’ll use this one for a long time to come also.

When it comes to growing indoors I have been doing it for over 30 years, and I have seen a lot of sales gimmicks used to sell lights. This one is no gimmick in what’s advertised. I have had it for a total of 25 days and have watched these peppers go bonkers with fruit production as well as leaf growth. Currently running at 50% power to allow the plants to fully adjust and a minimal grow environment, no tents or extra fans. The light runs plenty cool, absolutely silent, is easily filling a 3x3 grow space. I actually had to make simple light reflector out of aluminum just to help keep light from blinding us and keep light a little more concentrated on the grow zone. Even with the little reflector every plant in my den a 10x10 area is responding well. Before I purchased this I was a little apprehensive by the lack of ability to to offer veg / fruiting, or a combination of spectrum’s and the lack of UV spectrum. Now that I have used it I can assure you that it’s not necessary for optimal growth. I have managed all of my growth parameters with the intensity setting and light height along with nutrient levels. Good construction, adjustable wings to help with light spread, linkable, adjustable intensity, even spectrum distribution, top of the line hanging and height adjustment, along with great pricing make this light an absolute necessity. I wish I had more equipment to give the scientific results but as an advanced Gardner I can say this is far beyond any expectations I had. Thank you Barrina for an outstanding product, I will definitely be buying more to put in my greenhouse as well as leaving updates to functionality and longevity if needed. If you’re looking for a light to truly cover an area bigger than a couple feet and still produce fruits, flowers or vegetables look no further this is it.

This light was recommended by the gardener/programmer who runs the National Gardening Association website, and I can see why it's his hands-down favorite. He uses it in a "grow tent" for indoor tomato harvests. In just a couple of days, it has encouraged my plumeria (stashed in their pots in the basement for the winter) to start leafing out. It may be only 18" square, but it brightly illuminates a 4x4 ft. area. Installation couldn't have been easier.

absolutely insane coverage. Surely made for a 5ft x 5ft tent. I grew 3 pineapple express maryjane plants with these. With all the gadgets; moisture monitor, soil moisture monitor, liquid plant feed, temperature monitor, and a fan. My plants where over 3 1/2 ft. tall in less than 5 weeks. Very heavy duty build lights and the top does get hot. obviously had to move 2 other plants out of the tent and into new ones at that point. wasn't able to close the tent at that point the branches and leafs. It was an absolute jungle. was pulling nearly 450 on the light monitor 3 feet away from the top of the plants at 1/4 max setting on the lights dial. You'll want at least a 15 foot ceiling to get the most use out of this light.

If you are like me and going through many different options on grow lights, this is where you want to end that search. I held off for a few months to write this review because I wanted to grow a plant beneath it, and look at the quality of that plants growth over a period of time. I’d like to start off by saying that I am a legal farmer in my state. I am blown away, frankly. Lights in this price range usually do not have the spectrum or the quality that this light has. It has sufficiently carried me through the grow of a massive autoflowering plant, that has had no lighting issues. I’d expect results like this from an LED at 5x the cost. The driver is holding up well, and I keep a small clip fan blowing on all of my lights just to ensure a longer life, but other than that it has not needed any maintenance. I would not recommend this for anything smaller than a 3x3 tent, as it is quite powerful even at its highest hanging point. It’s flowering footprint is also quite impressive, and the way the panels bend is a nice touch for people that want that spectrum of light to cover a broader range of plants. I have not found it necessary to bend the panels because the light fills up a 3x3 in a more than adequate manner, for my purposes. Below are some pictures of a DWC (hydroponic) autoflower I’ve grown solely under this light. If you’re wondering what my final take away is… I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this light again. There is nothing better in its price range. I’ve got lights from companies that are three to five times the cost, and this one is definitely worth looking at if you’re on a budget and want fantastic results.

I’ve been researching led grow lights for a while now and trust me this light is great value for the money. Easily 1/2 the price of some of the name brand lights. My plants have exploded with this light. It works so well I’ve ordered a second one to replace my MH lamp.

This is perfect indoor grow light. The best part is the height can be adjusted easily using the aircraft cable, giving your plants more verticle growth space. The light output can be adjusted, giving decent coverage for at least two grow trays. Maybe the cost would turn a few people off, but you usually get what you pay for.

Easy install. Nice and bright if you want it to be. Dimmer works good. Most importantly, the plants really like the light and are doing great under it

Best $200.00 light about. I bought 2 for my 4x4 tent and am completely happy. I don't think 1 would do a 4x4 as far as medicinal plants but 2 of them gives great light penetration of canopy all around. Give these lights a try if you need a budget upgrade that really is an upgrade.

My biggest concern was whether the plants I brought indoors from my patio in the Fall would flourish during the winter. Secondly, I hoped the light would be easy to install, with all the hardware to set it up. My expectations have been exceeded. I bought two lights, one for my home office and the other for my living room. The butterfly-shaped design is compact and lightweight, so they are not obtrusive. The plants are thriving- horn trumpets and herbs. The lights have been operating for two months. The dimmer control is easy to operate. I like the simple switch on the cord. The butterfly design makes it easy to adjust the direction of the light. Adjustment of the height of the lamp is easy! It took me about 15 minutes to install the light.
