I’ve spent the last eight years in the financial industry, and I thought I knew a lot about money… until I read this book. I never thought a single book could completely change the way I think about money. I’ve always been a reader and have gone through all the books on financial basics, but this book throws them all out the window. I was super skeptical when I bought it, but I had seen Mark speak on a news show, and he made some great points. I also know the government has been talking about taxing “unrealized capital gains,” which refers to never selling assets, and I was aware that the rich borrow from their assets. But I always thought I’d have to be rich to do it. This book proved me wrong. Mark lays out exactly where and how to do it, and yes, it’s true! You can even open up an account with just $100 to start! I’ll have to read this book a few times to fully absorb everything, but I’m starting to believe that Mark has found a way for Americans of any income to build tax-free wealth and retire early without relying on retirement accounts. Thank you, Mark! I truly believe your book will give a lot of Americans hope.

Fantastic book which has true, useful, and immediately executable strategies to grow your families wealth impactfully in both the short and long term. American financial education, in the current system, woefully is lacking but books and people like Mark Quann fill in the gaps. I am always looking to learn about the best strategies to implement in my wealth strategy and this is the BEST i have found. Easy to grasp, understand, and implement - it is a game changer. The knowledge is truly unique and is not the same old "save, contribute to 401K, yadayada" bs that leaves you struggling when you retire. These are actual strategies that can lead to early retirement or achieving that goal you have much quicker. It is also the way that the "rich" get rich and stay rich while the rest of us go through life's struggles. I am a normal guy and Mark's advice changed my outlook on my future.
