I love them! I got my husband a pair a couple christmas’ ago, and finally got my own! It is easy to use, very comfortable on your ears. The volume control has its own buttons.

Let me start off by saying that I understand it is a risk to by anything that has been refurbished. With that said, I expected much more from this company. Based on my awful experience and terrible customer service, I would recommend finding somewhere else to buy whatever it is you are looking for. I purchased these headphones in late on March 30th. I had some issued with connectivity and sound out of one of the earbuds. I found that if I did a hard reset, I could usually get them back to working and thought nothing of it. However, just after the July 4th weekend, I went to get the earbuds out of the charging case and noticed that one of the earbuds snapped off while sitting in the charging case and was discovered when removing it from the charging case. I After examining it and doing a lot of research online, this should never happen! In fact, I found a website discussing people trying to "undue" these headphones to learn about the technology and they were unable to get the earbud apart...when trying to! would not be reaching out if I thought it was normal wear and tear that caused this. At this point I have to assume that this is what the "refurbished" part of the earbuds was. Given the connectivity issues all along and the way it just came apart, there is no other explanation other than they did a terrible job a fixing this earbud but were willing to sell them for $145 hoping they would hold up. In this case, they did hold up just long enough as I was one week outside of the warranty window of 90 days. I thought that the company might be understanding given that is is an obvious refurbishment gone wrong and these should have never been put back on the market. I received a very short response basically telling me that the 90 days is up so there is nothing they will do. I wrote back restating my reasoning and letting them know I would send these back for a replacement pair - I was not just looking for my money back. To this email I received an even shorter response saying the same thing. I guess in the end you do get what you pay for, just expected a lot more from the company. When it comes to buying from this company, I hope this review saves some people from making the same mistake that I did.

Realice la compra de mis Powerbeats en Junio/23, llego antes de tiempo, fue mi primera de un producto reacondicionado aquí y al momento (Febrero/24) el producto solo ha tenido dos fallos en la conexión del audífono derecho a mi iPhone. Llego con caja original, la verdad es que el cable con el que venía no lo utilice y opté por el del iPhone. Actualizare a futuro esta reseña. EDIT: A finales de Marzo/25 aplique a la garantía de AIG que compré junto con los Powerbeats por fallos en el centro de carga y los nodos de los audífonos, esto comenzó con fallas a principios de Febrero/25. Mantengo mis 5 estrellas porque el producto reacondicionado duro bastante, es excelente para el ejercicio, las condiciones de entrega fueron optimas y la garantía me la validaron. Actualizaré la entrada a futuro de esta reseña. EDIT: en esta última entrada añado que la garantía de GARANPLUS aplicó, el producto no pudo ser reparado, lo cual no me gusto mucho, el método de devolución del dinero no fue el mejor en mi opinión. Respecto a los audífonos creo que aguantaron bastante el clima de la playa, el calor, el sudor que es muy normal bajo dichas condiciones y para correr sirvió excelente. Planeo comprarlos nuevamente pero como producto nuevo probablemente. Mantengo mis 5 estrellas.

I have always had a problem with ear buds fitting in my ear. I do have the ones that go over the ears but find them to bulky. Previous ear buds I had always felt like they were falling out. These fit comfortably and the sound is nice and clear. The fact that they wrap around my ears make them secure and fit just in the ear, not pushed in the ear. The little charging case it comes with is very nice. Reliable charge that last for about 4 days (depending on how much you use them). I have recommend them to friends who struggled with the same issues I did with earbuds and they are happy also.
