After 35 years of marriage, my husband and I have finally found an article of bedding we can agree on. With one of us sleeping hot and the other sleeping cold (like most marriages, it seems), we were always struggling to find a way to keep both of us comfortable through the night. This blanket works perfectly. It has a soft, smooth, silky texture that feels cool against the skin, but it keeps you warm and comfortable at the same time. It's lightweight enough to feel almost like you don't have any covers on at all, but you don't get either too hot or too cold. Even my two dogs, one of whom loves to be under the covers even in the middle of summer and the other who gets too hot whenever she's in the same position too long, love this blanket because it keeps them at just the right temperature. I would definitely buy this again.

I’ve never had a blanket that guests have repeatedly asked for but when recently having company stay with us, the “silky” blanket was requested multiple times. I’ve searched a long time for a light weight duvet since more often than not, the opposite is the case. This blanket is incredibly soft and hefty in weight despite it being as cool as it truly is. I’m very pleased and would recommend this to anyone in desperate need of something to keep them cool with the fun duvet covers they own.

I only looks for fabrics that are oeko-tex now. I love that harmful chemicals aren't used in the production of the product and that it is produced in a sustainable way. The duvet insert itself is soft and lightweight. It's been doing a great job with keeping me cool when I'm hot and warm when I'm not! It's easy to wash in the washing machine and comes out just as soft.

Works really well! Despite the thinness of the material, it has a nice weight to it. I am someone who can't sleep without a blanket, no matter how hot I am. I also love that it's so big, if I do get warm, I just slide over to another area of the blanket that still feels cool. The only wishlist item for me is that I wish there was a warmer covering on one said. My husband has a similar blanket but his has a cozy waffle weave fabric on one side which is a perfect in-between when you reach the point of the seasons where you aren't quite ready for a full comforter.

I wasn't sure how well this would keep someone cool, but I am very pleased with this! It feels quite cool under the lightweight comforter. It's very soft and seems quite nice.

Click to play video Admittedly - I was expecting something more in line with the puffy type of duvet insert, like all the other blankets with this kind of appearance. This is... not that, BUT, I'm not mad. It is SO SOFT. Like this floppy, buttery, silky feel. I'm in love. I would never have thought I would like this, but I love it. It also has more WEIGHT than I expected; certainly not a weighted blanket, but in how thin it is, it's got a great heft. I prefer to feel my blanket on me rather than have it float, so for a "summer" blanket, I'm pretty happy with this. Sadly, all I've had is cold weather, so I can't speak too much to the cooling effect. However, I can answer a question that went unanswered when I selected this blanket; does it keep you warm when its cool out? YES! I had only a very thin blanket on my bed on a 45 degree night, and my thin blanket wasn't covering it, at all. I was very cold. But this guy did the trick! I felt perfectly warm and comfortable with this blanket. I was... shocked. It was a bit to get used to the difference in expectation, but as a warm sleeper who lives in a hot climate, I am endlessly grateful to have this blanket. I'll update if it struggles to keep me cool, but - it's hard to explain, the material just feels breathable and cool. I'm very much looking forward to its use!

Love this blanket! It's so soft and feels amazing! I love how it stays pretty cool and keeps me comfortable all night long! I have many of these and the quality is great! It's easy to wash too! Very happy!

This comforter is a lightweight silky feeling polyester material, but it doesn’t stay cool once your body heat transfers to it. The comforter is very lightweight and it does feel nice and cool when you first touch it. The problem with the comforter is once you cover yourself with the comforter it doesn’t stay cool. The comforter absorbed my body heat, and became the same temperature as me. It was even hotter when my cat slept on it with me. I’m better off just sleeping with a sheet when it’s hot. The polyester material of this comforter does not stay cool when sleeping with it. It’s a lightweight comforter that feels cool to the touch as long as there isn’t anybody on or under it.
