This is a wonderful vacuum! I got it for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It works so good and she loves all the attachments and the fact that it is so easy to use. Easy to dump out and not have to worry about buying bags. You won’t be disappointed! Great quality!

I love everything about the Bissell SurfaceSense Allergen Lift-Off Pet Upright Vacuum! It’s hands down one of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned. The Tangle-Free Multi-Surface Brush Roll is a game changer—no more stopping to cut out tangled pet hair! It seamlessly adjusts between different floor types, so I can go from carpet to hardwood without any hassle. The Lift-Off Technology is incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily detach the canister for stairs, furniture, and those hard-to-reach areas. The LED headlights are a fantastic touch, helping me spot dust and pet hair that I would’ve otherwise missed. As a pet owner, I also appreciate the Allergen Sealed Filtration system—it truly makes a difference in air quality by trapping dust and dander. The suction power is outstanding, and emptying the dustbin is super easy and mess-free. If you have pets or just want a high-performance vacuum that makes cleaning effortless, I highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny!

been using this for a while now and it’s held up really good. Picks up all the dirt we need, not too heavy to carry up the stairs and suction is actually great. It is pretty easy to clean and so far we’ve had no issues and only a positive experience with this cleaner.

Adulthood is : being so excited about a vacuum you have to review it . I was torn between a shark and a bissell , but I’ve always owned bissell and even the cheaper models last me at least a couple years or regular use. I am very happy with this purchase. The light on the front is the best as it shows me EVERYTHING I missed before MANEUVERABILITY : It’s not too heavy for me to carry up stairs ( but it is heavy) and it rolls smooth. I appreciate the feature that allows the tank to detach from the base but I don’t use it really. SUCTION: Actually the suction is great. I was thinking I would get a shark because I heard they are better on hard wood floors . But this vacuum does the job as well as I could want it to. My floors are so much cleaner than they were with my old vacuum TANK: I empty my tank after every vacuum. It’s super quick and easy so tank size is not an issue for me ATTACHMENTS : I had no idea but the narrow attachment for the hose has a LIGHT on it . You guys …. I am ashamed to admit the joy that small detail gave me . The spinning turbo brush is GREAT too. My last vacuum had one and I used it until it broke CONS : Here’s what you really came for lol So far I only have a couple. Most vacuums have a pedal or something to unlock the bottom from the body of the vacuum while you use it . This one doesn’t have a pedal- you just hold the bottom down with your foot and tilt the handle back. Whatever mechanism locks it back into and upright position is too sensitive and I find myself having to release it often Neutral: the surface sense means the brushes turn off if something gets tangled in it . I love this because it protects the vacuum from breaking!!!! But it also turns off if you vacuum a flimsy rug ( you know, the kind you have trouble going over with pretty much any vacuum anyway) Not a problem for me really

LOVE this vacuum. The CleanSense feature is awesome - it detects if you're on carpet or hardwood and adjusts the settings to the type of floor. It's super light, works GREAT. Really worth what you are paying. And the canister holds a lot of dirt/hair/debris. I've tried Hoover and Shark, and this is the best one I've had by a long shot.

It quit working 10 days after purchase. If I had gotten it from a box store I would have returned it for a refund. Get it from a box store and save the box and receipt incase you don't want the issues that come with owning this machine. Amazon will only guarantee a refund if you haven't used the machine and they require you to send it back in a box if you want to exchange it. Bissell makes you go through Amazon for returns or exchanges if it is less than 30 days. I am stuck with this machine. Getting a replacement roller would be pointless since it will do the same thing. Fur gets gummed up around the end of the brush roller where it connects and stops it from turning. It will work again if you cut the fur out of the end of the brush roller. You will have to take out 6 screws every time to remove the roller. The light in my crevice tool also started malfunctioning on day 10 and kept turning on even when not attached. I just removed the batteries to fix that problem. I have carpet and need a good vacuum for carpet. It has a much better suction than my Shark Navigator did before it broke. I feel like I picked the best out of a lot of bad choices, but who knows what else will go wrong with this machine. I haven't even had it a month. I have washed out the sponge and felt filters and was pleasantly surprised that they dried much faster than the ones on the Shark Navigator. The hose on the wand is not long enough for use on ceilings or curtains. Someone posted a video in the reviews that shows exactly what your brush roller will look like with the fur wrapped around the end. EDIT: THIS VACUUM ONLY LASTED TWO MONTHS. SOMETHING BROKE INTERNALLY IN THE ROLLER AND NOW THE MACHINE WON'T WORK EVEN WHEN YOU CLEAN OUT THE FUR FROM THE ROLLER.

Very powerful vacuum and very good on carpets and hard floors. But it is awkward, heavy and not user friendly. Would be good in a big area! Easy to clean out but so heavy. I am sorry I got that. I was looking fir a lighter thing for quick sweeping!
