Smells so good and have light smell!

This is my first time using goat milk soap. I got the orange scented bars and as soon as I opened the package, I was in love with the scent of this soap. I didn’t think it smelled like oranges though. I tried to place the smell, but just couldn’t tell what it reminded me of. Whatever the case, the smell of the soap was divine!! I fell in love with the smell immediately. The soap comes in a package of three. The three bars are wrapped in paper. I didn’t throw the paper out immediately after opening. I left it in one of my drawers for a little while hoping that the smell would linger This soap smells so good! I was attracted to this soap after reading the advertisement. It claimed to be natural and moisturizing, with that I HAD to try this soap! Well, its very nice and I love the smell, but not sure if it is any more or less moisturizing than the soap that I normally use. Also, this soap does not lather very well. I have to use the soap several times during my bath/shower routine as the light leather it has disappears quickly. I guess that is not a deal breaker. I do like this soap. I have no problems with it and I am happy to have obtained it. I was hoping it would make me forget about my current soap, but it did not. I will continue with my current soap and I will also continue with this goat milk soap. I’m happy to alternate their usage from time to time. Will I buy more when this one runs out?? Of course I will. Its nice. It smells divine. It cleans well. What’s not to like. There is more of this soap in my future!

This is great soap for my skin

I quit using "regular bar" soap several years back. The brand that I used to use was discontinued and I have been shopping around. I am very pleased with the lather and the scent is nice--for me it could be stronger, but that is a personal preference. My skin does not feel dry after use, which is my ultimate goal.

This goat milk soap leaves absolutely no residue on my skin. I feel super clean!!

We use a lot of donkey milk soap which we buy locally, and this goat's milk soap is very similar. It lathers nicely, has a nice natural smell, leaves skin feel clean and soft without drying, and doesn't go all mushy in its tray. My wife has to be very careful which products she uses "down below" - harsh scents and other ingredients don't do her any favours - and this fits the bill perfectly. After two weeks' use we continue to be happy with this; certainly, it's more expensive than many soaps but as a treat, or if you have sensitive skin, it's worth it.

I've always wanted to try goat milk soap so I ordered this through the Amazon vine testing program. The lather is beautifully rich and creamy and feels super nourishing. I love the fact that it has probiotics and protects the skins microbiome. It's a paraben free natural soap with no scent which is perfect for me. I've used it on my face and I didn't experience any taughtness or dryness I was actually quite amazed how soft my skin felt afterwards. I can't currently comment on value for money as I can't see a price but I love the soap so I'm happy to recommend it

Lovely bar of goats milk soap, no noticeable smell, lathers beautifully with lots of suds and skin feels squeaky clean and not at all dry! Nice and soft. Hasn’t irritated my 10 year olds skin who suffers terribly with eczema but also hasn’t improved it either so we’re still using it regularly as it’s great.

I love the taste and smell of turmeric, and cook with it as often as possible, in the hope it is also doing me good. I therefore liked the idea of this particular soap in the extensive "Goat Milk" range from Body restore. In addition, coconut oil and shea butter sound as if they would soothe my skin. Why "Goat Milk"? I tried Googling but found no answer. These soaps are claimed to be vegan, but vegans have no truck with animal-derived milks. I could not find any list of ingredients either. My guess is that "Goat milk" is a hangover from a previous incarnation of the brand, and the soaps are genuinely vegan. My first impression was surprise and pleasure that I was getting a pack of three bars. I had only expected one. However, it looks as if Body Restore is in the process of changing over from three bars to two for the same price, so do pay attention when ordering. The bars are separately wrapped inside the three-pack, all in heavy paper beautifully colour-matched. Now I had to engage in yet another nail-breaking struggle to unwrap the actual soap. In the end it took scissors. The scent is unusual, deep and strange. I'm not sure I like it. It certainly doesn't suggest turmeric to me. The bar is rectangular, with sharp edges. I would prefer something more rounded, but of course use will fix that. The bar is creamy to touch. I was surprised the soap left no scent on my hands after washing. The bars are a good size, and as they don't lather much they may last a long while. Time will tell. The advert suggests they would be good for travelling, but IMO they are far too big and heavy. Perhaps I am missing something, but I would like more transparency around ingredients and the vegan goat milk conundrum. Meanwhile, the lavender-scented soap is tempting.

This is nice soap and once you get a bit of soap on the hands it does lather into a white soapy covering which leaves the hands squeaky clean. I did use it once, on my body, in the bath, and was quite surprised as my skin felt dry afterwards - this is obviously for me and not necessarily for everyone, I'm giving you my personal review but others it may work better. I've used it a few times, hand washing, and it does seem to be wearing quicker than some other soaps but it's not leaving a scummy residue on the sink. I will continue to use it until it runs out but I wouldn't get it again.
