Works well. Leaves your mouth feeling clean. The mint flavor is nicer than the coconut ginger. The coconut ginger had an herbal/medicinal tea taste which is fine if you like that kind of thing. The mint is a much more familiar and pleasant flavor.

I recently switched to Boka Fluoride Free Toothpaste and, wow, I'm seriously impressed. Right off the bat, my mouth felt cleaner and fresher than ever. This toothpaste has this awesome natural formula that not only cleans your teeth but also takes care of your mouth's good bacteria. (I did some googling.) The taste? Amazing. It's just the right kind of refreshing without being too much (which sometimes really minty toothpaste feels like too much), making brushing twice a day something I actually look forward to. The texture is spot on too - not too thick or thin, and it foams up just enough to make you feel like it's really getting the job done. It also feels good knowing I'm using something that's not only good for me but also good for the environment. After using it for a few weeks, my teeth are looking brighter, and my gums are in great shape. I’m going to keep using it until my dentist appointment in a few months and see what my dentist thinks.

I've been using this brand of toothpaste for several months in an attempt to rebuild the enamel on my teeth. It's a very mild toothpaste so far as flavor and grit go. It's not a quick fix but I've noticed improvements in the appearance of my teeth over time. I decided to go with a two-pack this last time to try out the coco ginger flavor for myself and give the mint one to my son who is currently trying to reverse the early signs of cavities on his front teeth. He's on a prescription fluoride toothpaste at night and uses this during the day. Time will tell if this works out for him. As for the coco ginger flavor, it's sweet and very mild. There isn't an expected spiciness from the ginger that I had anticipated but it still tastes good. This toothpaste doesn't really foam up like a standard toothpaste will but it does get your teeth clean and it's gentle on gums and teeth.

I am always looking for a good flouride free toothpaste for my family. When my son went to the dentist recently and had a soft spot on his tooth the dentist recommended this toothpaste for flouride-free cavity prevention. The whole family is using it. I like that it tastes great and comes in a variety of flavors that my kids also like. I don’t like that it doesn’t really foam and that you can’t rinse it out since it works by contact time on teeth. Otherwise this is a good flouride-free toothpaste.

Ever since I was a kid, I've inevitably had multiple cavities no matter how well or often I brushed, flossed, or gargled. Over the years, I've received multiple root canals and was beginning to develop deep gum pockets that would require more expensive special cleanings. My teeth were also VERY sensitive to cold, and just putting ice in drinks would cause pain (even when I brushed with Sensodyne). The wonderful dentists I saw throughout the years did a fantastic job on my numerous issues but eventually sadly concluded that my dental health would just always be an uphill battle despite our efforts. I developed a habit of covering my smile with my hand for decades because of the embarrassing state of my teeth. Over the years, I've tried multiple toothpastes, mouthwashes, home remedies, etc. and ended up reading papers on nano hydroxyapatite and that it showed promise with remineralization and hypersensitivity. Boka toothpaste was one of the more popular and highly rated options out there at the time, but I almost didn't buy it because the price was higher than store brands (I think it was about $12 a tube when I first got it). I'm SO grateful for this toothpaste!!! The price is worth it since each tube lasts me a long time. I've been using Boka toothpaste exclusively for over 2 years now. I usually get the Ella Mint flavor but have tried Coco Ginger and others and definitely approve of them too! The flavors are not overpowering at all and are tasty, which is good since you're *not* supposed to rinse out your mouth after brushing with Boka. The nano hydroxyapatite works while in contact with your teeth, so I had to get used to not rinsing with water after brushing. My dentist noticed a difference very soon into my usage -- to my relief, her hygienists kept complimenting my dental hygiene whenever I go in for my biannual cleanings. I'm finally not experiencing anymore issues with plaque or decay or soft spots. The most surprising thing was my gum pocket measurements improving -- they are now mostly 1 - 2 mm in depth instead of 3 - 4. My 4 mm gum pockets went back to 2 - 3 mm! (1 mm - 3 mm gum pockets are considered healthy. Any deeper than 3 mm may require pricy deep cleanings which I was worried about.) I keep returning to my dentist's for regular checkups, but I haven't developed a new cavity since I started, and small trouble spots from before I used Boka ended up disappearing in my scans and exams. This is happily abnormal for me, since I was used to developing cavities every few months for *years* no matter what. I really, really wish I found this toothpaste sooner and would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with dental health despite their best efforts.

My dentist recommended a remineralizing toothpaste thanks to years of me brushing my teeth too hard. I've used several of the big brands, but I am not a fan of the fake minty flavor they use. A couple of the brands even made the inside of my mouth peel, which is ewww. I ordered these on a whim, but wow...they've turned out to be amazing. The coco ginger flavor is my favorite, and such a wonderful change from the god-awful industrially produced mint flavoring used in a lot of brands. I've had no adverse reactions to using this toothpaste, no tooth or gum sensitivity, and best of all no lingering aftertaste. Breath is clean and odor free. The toothpaste seems to be working for remineralizing as after several weeks of use I've noticed that my prior hot/cold tooth sensitivity is almost completely gone. For a toothpaste that works this well, isn't offensive tasting, and actually makes me look forward to brushing - the price for two tubes is worth it.
