It only easily takes about 3-4 pages at a time, so you must be patient. It will stop working after several minutes to allow cooling off. It works for junk mail shredding. It did shred a credit card once. It’s not for a working office. The price was commensurate with its ability to function as an occasional use shredder.

Play Video Let me start by saying that I received a brand-new model with the foam blocks and all. Box looked to be untouched. Some people complained about receiving a used model, not my case. So this is a really nice shredder, especially for the price! I cannot believe that shredders are so expensive.. but security these days is a must! Please don’t throw away your papers as is, invest in a shredder!! First, the appearance. It looks like your everyday office appliance BUT it’s attractive! I know some companies try to set their products apart from others and ‘pop’.. but they’re so ugly! This one is simple and streamline. The shred level window is really useful! Once the paper reaches the top of it, it’s time to empty into a bag! You’d swear it costs WAY more than just 32 bucks! I wouldn’t mind leaving this one out in plain sight although.. someone might steal it! So hide it! Speaking of hiding it.. it’s a nice size. Big enough to shred a lot, small enough to hide it! Second, instructions. Very simple booklet came with the shredder. The Amazon product description says you can shred credit cards, but the booklet says you SHOULD NOT shred credit cards. I shredded a couple of insurance cards, no problem. Just don’t stick anything TOO thick in there. Remember guys, you get what you pay for! Don’t complain if it breaks! Honestly though, it chewed through it like a Toyota Land Cruiser in mud. Smooth. Third, Performance. This thing shreds FAST! It’ll go through a sheet of paper in just 4-5 seconds. The machine comes pre-lubed but make sure you buy some oil and give it the love it needs every 500-800 sheets or 3 months. Remember folks, this is a SIX SHEET shredder, make sure you don’t choke it up! I haven’t had a single slow-down, jam, or overheat and I’m going through a dump load of personal info. I’m talking more than 500 sheets! Also, it does cross cut very well. This one doesn’t have those ejecting blades, rather, the cross cutting is built into the rows of blades in the form of spikes. Talk about reliable design in a compact package! The shredder is not loud, but don’t use it in a quiet place where people might be sleeping. It’s quiet in the day, but loud at night if that makes sense. It’s a shredder! What do you expect! Fourth, safety. The paper insert slit is deep, so your kids’ fingers won’t reach the blades. Still, keep it away from them as when the shredder is lifted, the blades are exposed and can really turn into an ugly situation. Don’t attempt to clean the blades with your fingers, I almost cut myself. Use a brush or gently pick out the excess paper using a spring-loaded needle nose plier. Remember: it’s a machine, NOT a toy!! Fifth: energy savings. If you’re looking for this, go burn your papers. Paper shredders aren’t really that efficient in general. Please do not attempt to make a salad with this machine. It’s not for any kind of organic materials.

For the price item works great. It is a little slow on the shredding which makes me worry that it could get jammed, but so far it hasn’t ever, the first few times I used it did notice a small smoke smell. But it went away soon after.

Necesitaba una trituradora para destruir documentos de muchos años ya que tienen información sensible en ellos y necesitaba una de microcorte. La he recibido y he estado realizando unas pruebas y funciona como esperaba, prácticamente los documentos quedan hechos confeti de pequeño tamaño. En sí el producto viene bien embalado y la máquina pesa sus kilos, se ve bastante bien. Lo único es el ruido al funcionar mientras destruye, pero es normal en estas máquinas compactas, el resultado es bastante bueno y solo funciona cuando entra papel en modo automático, justo lo que esperaba, la recomiendo si necesitas destruir papeles o cartas del banco y no ocupa mucho, como una papelera de cuarto normal.

E' un buon prodotto, mi ha aiutato a distruggere un sacco di documenti vecchi pieni di informazioni personali, facendoli a pezzettini veramente illegibili . L'ho usato anche oltre i 5 minuti che raccomandano (seppur con piccole pause tra un gruppo di fogli e l'altro) ma non è né andato in protezione e né si è surriscaldato, ha retto molto bene il carico di lavoro. La parte superiore è compatta e pesante mentre il contenitore inferiore è in plastica più leggera, ma comunque va bene così anche perché poi si deve maneggiare per svuotarlo, ecc. Si manga le carte anche se si mettono un po' di sbiego, le piega e le tira dentro come se nulla fosse. Certamente bisogna stare attenti a non mettere cartoncini grossi o comunque più dei fogli raccomandati, altrimenti si sforza e si rischia di rompere. Al momento comunque ne sono contento.

Order came the following morning as promised. I didn’t waste any time and put it in test. I have sorted out all the personal documents I need to shred! After 2 full bin of shredded papers and some plastic cards for about 20-25 minutes in use, I’m impressed it just did what it should do as a shredder! Didn’t see the light change to overheat mode. Put it back in the box for storage for next future job! What I wish is the following: To come with small oil for maintenance. Should improvise a lock/unlock to carry the whole thing with the bin attached together. The carry handle will separate from the bin when lifted. First time used ? Definitely a 5 stars ⭐️ Jdc 🇨🇦🇨🇦
