Was kinda skeptical about being a “renewed” set of headphones. But these seem new in every way. No issues and look new. They sound good and a tad step up from my AE2’s. The noise canceling is awesome. These were only 1/3rd of the cost of Brand New. I’m definitely not disappointed and would recommend

Headphones came as described in the listing with carry case, 2.5mm to 3.5mm auxiliary cable, and charging cord. This was a good purchase. I tested the Bose QC 35 II's side by side with the Bose QC Ultra's and decided to return the Ultra's in favor of these. The QC 35 II's can be used without power, and they have the feature of turning noise cancelling off; the Ultra's lack both of these features and that is a deal breaker for me. The Ultra's do sound better, but only by a very small margin, and this small margin absolutely does not justify the high price of the Ultra's.

I travel a lot on airplanes and I can tell you sitting around an airport can have a lot of background noise and of course flying has a lot of noise. These work great. When listening to music or watching a movie on your tablet I highly recommend them

In my case I knew it would be a hit and miss, but I took the chance anyway. I have been wanting a pair of these headphones for a long time, but the price point is more than I wanted to pay. Shipping was amazing, packaging was also great. I took them out of the box and they wouldn't pair to my iPhone 12 , iPad, and MacBook it discovered the them but would not pair. I have other Bose speakers and they paired with issues. I have off brand headphones they were able to pair right away. I checked online to find out if it was me, I followed all the steps and no use. These were just dead on arrival, shipping back, hope they don't sell them to anyone else.

The sound is amazing! It's unfortunate that my headphones did not come with a manual of any kind. A piece of paper. A QR code to scan. Nothing! I went to get technical support thru the Amazon app to see if I could get a manual emailed to me or something. The little thing on the screen just spun and spun and spun and never opened up anything. So now I will have to go online and figure out how to get a manual for my headphones and it's a shame that they didn't simply come with one! I find it annoying that I have to go through all this just to figure out what these little buttons on the side do and how to change my ear pads.... UPDATE : So I finally get someone in a chat from Amazon customer service. The first person I spoke to gave me a link to Bose for a manual. Bose asked for a serial number found on the inside rim of the headphones. I explained to the young man that there is no serial number there, he tells me that it should be on the manufacture packaging. My headphones didn't come in a manufacture packaging, they came in a black box and that box was in a bag. So now I'm concerned. Did I even really get Bose headphones. I tell the young man that I want to return them and the additional ear pads that I got. Since I can't get a manual, I have no idea what all these buttons are or how to change the ear pads. I'm given options of where to return my items, none of which are close to my house and then the young man just ends the chat when I tell him how frustrated and annoyed I am. Another person got on and says wants to help me and he understands my frustration but he really can't do anything either. I will return these headphones but I'm tired of being on this chat that has taken a ridiculous amount of my time. So buyer beware....

if you're autistic or know people who are, chances are you've seen one of us who LIVE in these, and there are so many reasons why. happy to say that i've officially joined the headphones-on-almost-all-the-time autism gang because of these things. these headphones have saved me from so much emotional anguish and inaccessibility; they never fail me. my favorite features: • extremely lightweight, super cushy, and tension-free. this was a game changer for me. i'm unbearably picky about headphones. every single over-ear headphones i've ever owned have always caused me extreme tension headaches and i could only tolerate them for up to an hour. with these, i can genuinely wear these for the entire day straight for 10+ hours. they aren't the most modern looking but i don't care at all. • never ever had an issue with bluetooth, they instantly connect to my phone as soon as i flip the switch • adjustable ANC (active noise cancelling). this was a must for me. the "pressure" that ANC causes in my ears is overwhelmingly intense and i cannot tolerate it, but most headphones do not have an off switch. most people aren't affected by this, but i am. with these, i can turn the ANC high, low, or off completely • INSANE battery life. genuinely lasts me hours and hours if you're on the fence, BUY THEM. you won't regret it

I was won over to the Bose family with these. Very light and comfortable. Solid fidelity. Read millions of 5 star reviews on these all day long for as many years as they have been in production. For cheaper options, check at Soundcore one, or better upgrade to its more robust version and get the Bose Ultras. Absolutely premium and worth every dollar.

Excellent value for the money you would never suspect that they were refurbished

apesar do nome CONFORT, achei extremamente desconfortável, começa a doer o lóbulo da orelha com apenas alguns minutos de uso. Não me adaptei.

Sony would be the better choice if you are not so keen of brands. App functions are very limited. Dual Bluetooth connectivity is the best part of this device.
