This is bang for your bucks if you want to invest in a good pair of earbuds. Pairing with my Android phone was a breeze. The sound quality out of the box is crisp, clear and detailed. There is plenty of maneuvering available on the Advanced EQ in the app. The ear buds snuck in easily and you hardly notice it's there. No issues with noise cancelling but I would add that making calls on the earbuds, voice feels sub par quality. The bottom line is buy this if you are looking for a premium sound experience on ear buds.

Audiophile's Dream Come True. The sleek case and premium feel set the stage for an extraordinary listening experience. Once I nestled them into my ears, they vanished - lightweight and secure even during intense workouts. But it's the sound that truly blew me away. These earbuds deliver an audiophile-grade performance, with a balanced sound signature that's both detailed and engaging. The bass is tight and punchy, the mids are crystal clear, and the treble sparkles without a hint of harshness. It's like having a front-row seat at a concert, every instrument and vocal perfectly placed in a wide, immersive soundstage. Active noise cancellation is exceptional, silencing the world around me with just a gentle hush. Transparency mode seamlessly blends in ambient sounds, ideal for staying aware on busy streets. The microphone delivers clear calls, even in noisy environments. Battery life is impressive, lasting throughout my long workdays, and the case provides multiple recharges on the go. Conclusion: The B&W Pi8 earbuds are a masterpiece of audio engineering. They offer a sublime listening experience, premium comfort, and impressive features. If you're a music lover seeking the ultimate sound, these earbuds are a dream come true. Pros: * Exquisitely detailed and balanced sound * Superb active noise cancellation * Comfortable and secure fit * Excellent battery life * Premium build quality Cons: * Pricey Target Audience: Audiophiles, music enthusiasts, anyone who demands the best sound quality

Nice fit , comfortable, but I would definitely like them just a smidge smaller ( the Sony XM5 earbuds are perfect size and more comfortable ) .. Great for music, the sound is fantastic, bass hits deep , nice mids and highs , very clean , clear .. But phone calls are not as good as I was hoping for .. phone calls are ok , but for the price and name brand I was expecting much better phone call quality, especially when using noise cancelling features in an average environment with background noise .. They don't block out enough background noise when talking/ phone calls .. BUT for music they block out background noise great , and transparency mode is decent .. again could be better for the price, but transparency mode is acceptable for me .. Overall I would recommend this product for listening to music, but not for phone calls in average noisy environments .. if you need earbuds for phone calls , I would look elsewhere ( New Bose , Sony XM5 earbuds , apple air pods ) .. Music 9 out of 10 Calls 6 out of 10 Transparency mode 7 Comfort 8 Fit 8 Price too high , catch them on sale 👍🏾

UPDATE: After fiddling with these things for a couple of weeks, trying to get them to be more stable somehow, it didn’t work out and I eventually had to return them. It hurt me because the sound was so good but they are just too flaky when it comes to Bluetooth connectivity, random disconnects, random bells and chimes going off when you don’t know why. Bottom line is they are quirky and unreliable. The sound is magnificent when they work, but when they’re not working, they’re a pain in the butt. You shouldn’t have to deal with these kinds of issues at this price point. Very disappointing. Ok, are they perfect? No. But, if sound quality is your primary objective, then these are what you want. These sound better than any other earbuds I’ve ever tried. The fullness of the sound is so good, and stays that way at full volume. The bass is deep and full, but never overwhelms. The mids are nicely balanced and the highs are clear and crisp, but never too hissy or sharp. The phone app is good for dialing in the sound with its 5-band EQ, and integrates with hi-res/lossless streaming services like tidal and others. Another cool feature is the case and its ability to act as a wired headphone! It takes the audio signal from your device’s headphone port (headphone cable included) and re-transmits it to the earbuds. Why? Because this way you aren’t using Bluetooth, which is flakey and limits the audio quality. Probably the coolest feature and an example of the extra effort this company puts into the quality of sound. Now, like I said, they aren’t perfect. When using Bluetooth and doing anything besides sitting in the same spot, the buds will have some kind of connection stability issue at random. They’ll connect/reconnect seemingly for no reason. And it happens more than you might think. It happened about 3-4 four times during a 30-minute walk. I don’t think I’ve had a pair of Bluetooth headphones ever do that so often. So, for such a pricey pair of buds, it’s quite surprising and disappointing that they have so much trouble maintaining a solid connection with your phone. That’s my main gripe with them. I’m waiting for a lightening adapter I ordered to try the wired headphone case method with my phone to see if that works. If so, then they still won’t be perfect since I’ll have to always tether the case to the phone with an audio cable. But I’m willing to endure that extra hassle because the sound quality I get by doing so makes it well worth it.

The best wireless headphones I have ever owned. The sound is amazing, I’ve tried very high end wireless earbuds before and nothing compares with them except over the head headphones athey are comfortable to use for hours and the noise cancellation is outstanding. I wouldn’t recommend using them in an area where you can get injured by not hearing ambient noise. Absolutely worth the money.

Let me preface this review by stating that I am an earbud freak and presently own the B&O Beoplay EX's, Technics AZ80's, Denon Perl Pro's, Sennheiser MTW3's and the Master & Dynamics MW08's and now the Bowers & Wilkins Pi8's. If your priorities are ANC, transparency, call quality or battery life, these are just average in all those categories, but if sound quality is your main goal, these are by far the best earbuds I have ever heard and it's not even a close contest. They are the first earbuds that I didn't need to bother with the EQ in the app as they blew me away right out of the box. The tightest and most natural bass, highs that sparkle, great soundstage and separation but with detail that I have never experienced other than with high end over the ear headphones. They are expensive and not very competitive feature wise, but the sound is in a totally different league than any Bluetooth earbuds in the market today at any price in my opinion. Build quality and comfort are also top of class in typical B&W fashion. The ability to use the case to transmit from a non-bluetooth source is an interesting perk, but mostly for airplane travel I guess

Sonido a la altura de B&W. Imagen estéreo de 10. Los graves si requieren de un buen acomodo dentro de la oreja. 10/10

I came from the bowers and Wilkins PI7 and PI7S2. Had reservations about the PI8 but after a week of listening and adjusting the EQ I can say the sound is without a doubt a big step up. Sound stage is bigger and clarity is top notch even coming from the PI7S2. My one complaint is that the noise cancellation is not great. It seems the seal is not quite as good as the PI7. But as usual BW goes all in on the sound quality. Still, worthwhile purchase!

I'm not an audiophile, but I really wanted something to enhance my experience when listening to music or watching movies. The sound is very detailed without being harsh. It's easy to listen to music for extended periods without getting fatigued. I was also very surprised by their comfort; they're more comfortable than traditional earbuds. Occasionally, one earbud doesn't connect automatically to my phone, but I suppose that's to be expected sometimes.
