Easier to take than drinking the liquid form. No after-taste, easy to swallow pills. With diabetes readings increasing, I decided to take ONLY the brand Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar pills. When I was buying these, I looked up what the possible side effects and one of them was “weaken enamel in the teeth”. I thought that was odd. However, after a week of taking these, my teeth felt “achy”. That’s the only way I can explain it. They may work for the reason you’d take them, but I didn’t get there.
