I've recently upgraded to the Braun Series 9 PRO+ Electric Razor for Men, and it has transformed my shaving routine. This razor offers a top-notch experience with its advanced features and superior performance. Here are the key highlights that impressed me: ### Exceptional Shaving Performance The Braun Series 9 PRO+ is equipped with 5 Pro Shave Elements that work together seamlessly to provide an incredibly close and comfortable shave. The combination of these elements ensures that even the toughest and most stubborn hairs are efficiently captured and cut. My skin feels remarkably smooth after each shave, with no irritation or razor burn. ### ProComfort Technology One of the standout features of this razor is the Shave-Preparing ProComfort technology. It prepares the hair and skin before shaving, making the entire process much smoother and more comfortable. This is especially beneficial for those with sensitive skin, as it significantly reduces the risk of irritation. ### Wet and Dry Functionality The versatility of the Braun Series 9 PRO+ is another aspect worth mentioning. It can be used for both wet and dry shaving, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your preference and routine. Whether you prefer shaving with foam in the shower or a quick dry shave, this razor delivers excellent results in both scenarios. ### Advanced Cleaning and Charging System The included Clean & Charge station is a game-changer. It not only charges the razor but also cleans and lubricates it, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene. The cleaning process is straightforward and hassle-free, adding convenience to the overall experience. ### Ergonomic Design The design of the Braun Series 9 PRO+ is sleek and ergonomic, fitting comfortably in hand and making it easy to maneuver around the contours of the face. The grip is secure, and the razor feels well-balanced, contributing to a more precise and controlled shave. ### Long-Lasting Battery Life The battery life of this razor is impressive. A full charge provides up to 60 minutes of shaving time, which is more than sufficient for multiple shaves. Additionally, the quick charge feature is incredibly handy for those times when you need a last-minute shave and the battery is low. Overall, the Braun Series 9 PRO+ Electric Razor for Men is an outstanding product that delivers on its promises. It offers a premium shaving experience with its advanced technology, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend this razor to anyone looking to elevate their grooming routine.

After using Panasonic razors for years, I decided to give the Braun Series 9 Pro Plus a try, as my old Panasonic just wasn't cutting it anymore (no pun intended!). With my thick beard, I had always needed to follow up my electric shave with a blade razor to get a close shave, but with this Braun razor, I no longer need to do that. The Series 9 Pro Plus does an amazing job on its own, providing a much closer shave than any of my previous Panasonics, including the Arc 5 model. Honestly, I wish I had found this razor sooner! It’s such a superior experience, and I’m no longer dependent on a blade razor. One of the features I’m most impressed by is the silicone head that you place on the razor before shaving. While I’m not entirely sure how it works, it definitely helps lift the hairs for an incredibly close shave. The only small downside is the instructions—they use pictures rather than written instructions, which I found a little confusing. But that’s a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. All in all, this razor deserves five stars for performance and comfort. If you’re looking for a high-quality electric razor that delivers a close shave without the hassle of blade shaving, this is it!

This is Braun’s top of the line electric shaver with all the accoutrements. One can buy a like, barebones model for $100 - $150 cheaper. I’d definitely consider that. The different packages are priced differently, but the shaver is the same. I’ve only used this shaver once on a 3-day beard. Prep the beard, washing the face with soap warm water. Dry the face. Shave. I haven’t tried the beard-prep attachment yet. Depending on usage, I will periodically clean the razor with the large, electrical device. Most of the time, cleaning the razor with just warm / hot water is all that’s needed. This is easily the best electric razor I’ve owned and used. Highly efficient - fewer passes, less time. No skin irritation whatsoever - a first. A definite BBS (baby bottom smooth) shave, on par with Gillette Mach 3 and Fusion razors, and double-edged (DE) razors (Henson + Astra blade). I have good experience with these alternative methods of shaving. The DE takes longer with oils and creams and occasional weepers; the Gillette is the fastest, with the same oils and creams; Braun, other than washing the face, is the simplest, and a close second in terms of efficiency/speed. Surprisingly, all three provide similar BBS shaves. I’ll retain and use all three methods. For 1 - 2 week travel, the Braun will be my main shaver, with Gillette as backup. As for the for daily shaves, the DE and the Braun will share the honors. The Braun head and blades are said to last up to two years - perhaps longer with intermittent use? As a retiree, I now usually shave every two days, sometimes up to four days. Time will tell how well this new Braun will hold up, but in my experience with other Brauns, I expect no issues. Value for money? My Henson Titanium cost $250, Simpson badger / synthetic brushes cost $100+, and creams / soaps, shave oils, alum bars are less costly, but still. Gillette blades are relatively costly, but last six to eight shaves on average. So when all is said and done, while the upfront cost of this Braun is hefty, it’s not outlandishly so. One can use cheap disposable multi blades, but the quality of the shave is noticeably inferior. In short, I’ve chosen my shaving methods. Now, my incremental cost is simply replacing blades, creams, and pre-shave oils, which are infrequent and less costly. Kudos to Braun for this elegant, highly efficient shaver!

Click to play video BUY DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON! I love Braun so much that I bought 3 of this Series 9 (9330s) and am taking time to write this for you. I'm upgrading from Series 7 (720s) because the replacement head has become dull and its more economically sound for me to get a new one than to change the head. I'm so happy that I bought 3: 1 for myself, 1 for my cousin and in a separate order, another one for a friend of mine. There are 3 main improvements: 1- Heat dissipation, which Series 9 is really less warmer than series 7 and 2- the charging stand which makes it even lovelier and 3- the larger head which will collect more hair inside throws less to the sink. Other than that, both of them are amazing machine in therms of battery, motor and close shave. You can see my review for Series 7 which I did in 2015. In addition, you can use this 9330s dry/wet with foam, but I don't. I also don't like the cleaning station as I consider it to be not necessary. I wash the whole thing after 2 cycles of battery drains, once every 3 months. Of course my new one has sharper blade than my 6-year-old Series 7. I shave 2 times per week and each time it takes 6-7 minutes, so I get about 1 month and 1 week of really consistent close shave. Unfortunately, Amazon has limitations for video size and that's why I've done a review and if you search my name in YouTube, you can find it under my "Reviews" playlist. Now in a nutshell, there are 3 complains that I saw in reviews and here is my answer: 1- it throws hair to the sink. This is true, but because I clean my sink, for me it is not an issue. Also, you can sit in your bathtub and shave. In comparison to Series 7, this Series 9 is far cleaner. 2- It irritates skin. No, if you have an oversensitive skin, stay away from shavers or safety razors and try to find a cream that you put on your skin and it loses hairs. Even when you rub your hand on your face, you get some irritation. 3- It doesn't give close shave. No. Again I don't know how close it should shave for some people to call it close. This thing is amazing in terms of closeness. Yes there are a very few stubborn hairs underneath my chin, but with a couple of back and forth and a little patience, those are cut too. So I absolutely recommend it. I'm still not that rich to buy cheap products! P.S: I also have their toothbrush, but Braun's CEO does not even know me!

I have the Series 3 proshave and liked it for its functional attached trimmer, adequate power and battery life, comfort of shave and ease to clean & replace. However, I wished for something that would offer a slightly closer shave and thus got this Series 9 at a good price. The greatest improvement for me would be the comfort of shave- its adjustable swivel head and shock absorption offers a smooth shaving experience on another level compared to that of the Series 3. Also, although this does not apply in my use case, I'm sure users with thicker beards would appreciate the notable increase in shaving power. Cleaning and replacing of the blades remains similar, while battery life appears to have gotten a boost as well. Alas, closeness of shave is at most only a smidge better than what the Series 3 offers. My cheap, battery-operated single-motor Panasonic rotary shaver is still required to finish up what these Braun shavers cannot
