Click to play video Here are my impressions after a couple of weeks. The case fits my Fender acoustic guitar well. The rubber shock absorber also helps keep my guitar in position when it's leaned against the wall occasionally. The pockets on the front are deep enough to hold my music stand nicely. Instead of a music book I'm using sheets of music printed off the internet. The front pocket holds my folder with room to spare. I'm confident it will hold a music book as well. It will also hold my tablet. The stitching on the case is good. No loose threads or anything like that. The zippers open and close easily. One of my concerns was how well the gig bag would repel water. Rain is unavoidable and I don't want my guitar ruined because it doesn't repel water! So, I tested it by stuffing a few paper towels into the front pocket. Then I carried it into the bathroom sink and turned the water on. It repelled the water without issue. The paper towels were as dry as when they went in. I'm pretty happy with that. It's nice that Cahaya tossed in the guitar picks. I've lost several so far. There are two things that might be bothersome. It arrives wrinkled since it's rolled up in plastic and placed in a box for shipping. That didn't bother me since I'm basically toting it for lessons. The other thing is that is has a plastic-type of odor as was mentioned by another reviewer. This isn't a leather bag so I expected it. The odor lessened substantially by airing it out over the air vent in the bathroom. Now, I don't notice it at all. An added bonus is that some of the wrinkles came out. More of the wrinkles have released since using it on my guitar. I like the straps as well. They were adjustable to the right length and pretty well padded. The guitar is comfortable when I'm carrying it. This is true even when I have my Kindle and keys in the outer pocket. It's an inexpensive bag, but this beginner is well pleased with the purchase.

The price was incredibly inexpensive, I couldn't possibly drill for oil, frack it, convert it into polymers, the polymers to threads and the threads to synthetic cloth, for what I paid for this. And that doesn't take into account mining the metal to make the zippers... I don't generally care much for guitar bags, as they lead to a false sense of security that the guitar is protected, when really its just enclosed in a bag where it can't escape and try to hide with the other guitars...But they do keep dust out and you can label them so you can find "big red" when you just gotta run your fingers over those strings. I bought this thinking I could use it for an ovation acoustic that I seem to have misplaced the hard shell case for. Well that was out of the question once hands were laid upon said guitar bag, however I did have a hollowbody nylon string guitar that was bereft of protection, and so into the breach, he was shrouded in black nylon and hidden from the eye, but still there. No longer visible, what magic had been wrought? As the zipper was tugged the guitar would appear and then once the zipper was pulled upward, the guitar would disappear. This marvelous phenomena kept me entertained for hours. Its a nice bag, I wouldn't keep a stradivarius in it, but then again I don't currently own a stradavarius, so that point is really moot. However if you have a stradavarius lying about this might be your cup of tea, if the purchase left you a bit low on dosh, til the next fiddle ballet recital brings in a bit of currency. Works better than a plastic dry cleaning bag, an old blanket, or a canoe for storing guitar shaped items. It has a lot of pockets, is useful, and doesn't break the bank. If you buy about 20 of them and stuff them full of newspaper, you can impress strangers who will think you have an extensive instrument collection. Don't let them open them or the illusion is destroyed, don't ask me how I know this...

This is a perfect fit for my 12 string. I have an Alvarez concert hall and it doesn't slide around inside the bag. The seams and the sewing seem to be first rate. Zippers are good - not the cheap plastic ones that are often found on items like this. It's great protection for guitars and I really like the extra pockets. I have a light music stand that fits inside the pocket and the other pocket provides plenty of room for sheet music and note books. I will buy another one of these.

My favorite travel bag. It provides a good amount of protection as long as you're not recklessly tossing your guitar around. I like the size of the two compartments. I use an acoustic guitar and I could easily carry all my supplies. Had an audio converter with my pickup and midi cables in one compartment and all my maintenance, picks, and strings in the other. Definitely recommend getting something sturdier if you're going somewhere with harsher climate or if you play gigs, but if you're a busker or just like to hang with friends and jam out, it's a great lightweight option.

My sons guitare case needed replacing. This bag is great. Zippers and quality seem good and lasting. Love the straps for the backpack option and extra compartment for his sheet music. Would recommend and buy again.

Recieved this yesterday, perfect fit for my 41inch Breed love acoustic guitar. The bag is constructed well, love the different option straps for carrying and light weight. Glad I've switched from hard case.
