Bench feels sturdy as any other gym bench would. This is my first bench I have ever bought it’s similar to the flybird bench but I prefer cap it seems more reliable. it uses a locking pin. No assembly required it’s ready straight out the box ,and also fits in tight spaces. Only is 30lbs package was easy to lift. It also can be stored easily.

Inexpensive and works as advertised. The Folding feature is great for Home Gym use.

This is a really nice bench for the money and for my purposes. I use this bench with resistance bands and straps and light weights and it will definitely prove satisfactory. It’s well made, cushioning is good, very adjustable and folds up nicely. It’s not designed for heavy weights so I would look at something more commercially designed if that’s what you need. But if you want a nice medium-duty incline/decline bench, this is a great choice. Also mine came completely assembled.

Shipped In 10 days which is pretty fast considering this pandemic, the bench itself feels strong and can probably hold 600 lbs (Bodyweight+the weight you bench) like it says but is a little wobbly. It won’t wobble while you are benching as long as you have good form and aren’t unevenly benching it. You should probably have some of your own tools to help build this such as a socket wrench. This is a good but not great bench, it will work for the average and even above average person, but if you are repping 315 and over and weigh 250 I would get a better bench. (4 stars)

This bench is good, it’s definitely not a commercial grade bench but perfect for me since I’m the only one using it. Good quality easy to assemble!

I have been using this bench for a couple weeks now and this is what I have noticed so far: Pros: -It will easily support me (165lbs) plus 245lbs for flat bench press. I have only tried 185lbs for incline, and I had no issues. -It looks nice. The solid black matches most other gym equipment. -It is the same height from the ground as commercial quality benches. My feet sit firmly on the ground when bench pressing (I'm 5'11") Cons: -This is not a commercial quality bench. It is very lightweight compared to benches at my old gym, and the design is not as study. -It can wobble side to side if you rock back and forth. Thankfully this has not happened yet to me while benching. It wobbles because the screw hole on the front leg was not a very precise fit. I had issue with 3 or 4 screws fitting exactly perfect. -The cushion is too soft and it uses lower quality fabric. The leather-like fabric wrinkles up significantly when doing crunches, and I do not believe the fabric will last very long. -The feet of the bench are poorly placed. My feet naturally want to rest directly on top of the bench's feet when doing bench press. -Their is a large 2.5" gap between the two top cushions, and my butt rest directly in the gap for most exercises. Overall, this is a solid bench that will likely hold 500lbs+. It will be hard finding a stronger bench for the price. However, I cannot recommend purchasing this bench as I have noticed several issues in the design.

How dumb is it to sell this bench unassembled but with NO hardware? Not a single screw, bolt or nut.

So, after reading a lot of reviews with about, I would say, 40/50 split negative/positive, I was reluctant to buy this bench. However, due to the limited choices due to the virus and my budget, since I spent a lot of money trying to built my garage gym... I did order it. So here is my review: *Super easy to put together with detailed instructions that specify even the number of the bolt you need. You will need a wrench to tight the bolts properly as it only comes with an Alan wrench. My 5 year old can provably do this... seriously stupid easy. Very lightweight, easy to move. So far very solid. I done chest, and shoulders, so I tried all the angles posible and the bench handle well, no shaking or anything. The decline angle for me is great in fact I use a deeper angle at the gym (Some reviews were complaining of being to steep). Any way, very happy with the bench with value vs. cost. It has been a while since I got it and many workouts later, I am still liking it and had no issues with it.

I'm 6'2" and was concerned about a bench being too short. This bench is long enough and would likely be long enough for someone at least 6'5". I've been using the bench for a few months now for flat, incline, and decline bench press, military press, etc. and it's an excellent buy for the money, even compared to kijiji. The assembly is easy and the bench is sturdy. The legs are wide enough that there's no wobble to the bench. It's so stable that I would feel comfortable using it for box jumps if I wasn't concerned about tearing up the cushion cover material, which appears decent but not bulletproof and I wouldn't want to test it unnecessarily. As for the cushion, it's firm enough that it doesn't compromise function but it's comfortable to lie on. This is an outstanding bench for the money. The only thing that I wish it had was leg bars to secure your legs for the decline press - the cross-bars seen in the photo aren't padded and are a little short but they can do in a pinch. That being said, most standard benches don't have leg supports and they're not even essential for the decline, just a nice-to-have. This bench doesn't have wheels but it's so light that it moves around very easily. I don't miss wheels at all. The capacity is high enough for my purposes at 600 lbs - I'm about 200 and if I get to the point where I'm pressing 400 lbs, it's probably time for a new bench anyway.

El banco no se siente debil ni poco estable cuando se usa mucho peso. Los unicos detalles son que es incomoda la posicion declinada.

I am 6'2" and this bench is more than long enough for me to be comfortable and do my workout. Assembled and laying flat it is 49.25 inches from end to end. The seat is 14" x 12.5" and the back is 33.5" x 10.5". It has numerous settings for the angle on the backrest and is very sturdy. I'm very happy with this bench and highly recommend it. The mat under the bench in the photo is 6'6" for perspective.

For the low cost it's a solid bench. Don't expect it to be plush but it is not uncomfortable. I've also experienced the screws becoming loose with continuous use. I've rectified the issue by using thread locker on the screws for the seat and back rest. No buyers regret.
