A TRUE non-stick pan. I love these! Easy to clean and seasoning does not stick. You do have to watch how much heat you put under the pan. I never go above MED on my gas stove to prevent damaging the non-stick finish.

These pans are easy to use and beautifully slick to clean. I'm about to get my new induction stove put in, so I'm very glad to have received them in a timely fashion. I really like the color and hope they hold up as well as my older ones, which are a favorite of mine, already. This is a nice brand, with great quality thus far. Nothing sticks, not even sugary messes.

I'm very happy with these pots. I have a pan from them I love too. Supposedly healthy coating. Really easy to cook with very little butter or oil. Even easier clean up! I replaced all my Cuisanart hard anodized pans that had some slight scratches.?

The pots are sturdy. Heavier than I thought they will be. My first time using ceramic. I made a spaghetti dinner last night. No problems or issues to report. I followed the instructions and kept my heat on low-medium. I always wash my pots and pans by hand. Just remember to dry the wood right after a wash to keep the wood dry. Oil as needed. I did take a star off because the manufacturer didn't consider left handed people when designing the pour sprout. I would suggest having 2 spouts, one on each side. I didn't consider this when I made my purchase. I won't comment on the build quality. I'm not sure if the screw for the wood handle will hold up. Time will tell.

As a visually impaired person I've struggled to find good induction pans that stand out against my black hob. These white pans , inside and out are perfect. the finish is stunning, and they are the easiest to clean of any pan I've used. Nothing sticks to them and it takes no effort at all to wash them. Over many months now of use I can't detect any wear at all on the surface. The handles are really comfortable and the base is thicker than most and so the pan feels very stable. The lids fit very well and the handles don't get hot. Not sure of the need for the air vent in the lid as the pans have a pouring lip which means steam can escape that way . but its no problem in any way. I would say it takes these pans a tiny bit longer to heat up from the start because of the solid base but once going they have the same instant response to changes in temperature as any other induction pan, and the base means that heat is very eveninly distributed. The pouring lip is very useful but both my husband and i found it is on the wrong side of the pan for us. Although right handed we both tend to use our left hand to pour from pans if inddeed that is what we need to do and so the lip is on the wrong side of the handle. However we both found that It pours well with out the lip anyway and we both found we could easily swap hands and pour using our dominant hand so it's really just a quirk I think. Maybe we are just a bit of an odd pair of cooks. My only real criticism is that there aren't more in the range, one extra large saucepan would be really welcome, and it could be easier to buy them individually than it seems to be.
