I purchased this 17 pc. set and received it yesterday. I made fried chicken in the large skillet today, and it turned out great! Cooking is so easy with this cookware. The heat is dispersed evenly throughout and it is non stick. I'm over 60 years old and I've used many different types of cookware and by far this is the best. It is beautiful, lightweight and durable. Do yourself a favor and try Carote. You will not be disappointed. Plus the price is extremely reasonable. I left out the most important factor.....totally safe cookware, no worries of toxic chemicals

Initially I was apprehensive about buying a new set of pans; I didn’t want to purchase any with coating that could chip off into your food, I also wanted them to be easy to maneuver and clean, unlike my (beautiful and beloved) Ninja pans. Since receiving my Carote pans and cooking with them many times over the past month, I have not had a single regret in replacing my Ninja pans with them. If you treat these pans well, they’ll treat you well in return. They hold and disperse heat exceptionally well. Medium is the highest temp you should use to cook with these and trust me it’s all you need. Once your pan gets heated, it’ll hold onto that heat. I find myself having to turn my burner to the lowest setting sometimes because the pan gets so hot and holds that heat, it’s awesome! Nonstick, lightweight, a breeze to clean, and they actually make me want to cook! I would dread cooking with my Ninja pans because they’re heavy and not the easiest to clean. These pans take one pass with a soapy dish sponge and they’re good to go, they even dry quickly. They are incredibly durable, they haven’t warped or discolored nor gotten dented or scratched from my boyfriend haphazardly putting them in the sink!! Love you, honey. The customer service is amazing. I had an issue with the 9.5” skillet discoloring on the bottom and staining on the exterior, it may be due to my use of a burner too large for that pan (I’m an impatient cook, need to unlearn that expeditiously). Nonetheless, customer service immediately offered me a replacement pan without blaming me or questioning me. These are a fantastic value, I bought the 17pc set for $99. An absolute robbery on my part, these are the best pans I’ve ever owned. The reviews are no joke. I’m a skeptical cheapskate and I approve these pans.

I was a chef many years ago and it’s hard to find good quality pots and pans. I generally use cast iron pans due to no bad chemicals and coatings. But I needed something more light weight to use daily. And these have been amazing. Cleaning them is a dream. Nothing sticks to the surface it washes off with ease. I love the look of the color and wooden look to the handles. These are just the right thickness and are very durable for my family of 7! I give these 5 stars! I would love to be able to promote this brand and be an ambassador for them!

I've cooked with pieces from this set for 2 nights in a row now and I'm overall happy with the performance. Nothing sticks, food cooks even and clean up is very easy. The only negative would be the lids. Compared to my last 2 sets the glass used for these lids is much thinner and feels kind of cheap. I'm also not that fond of the lids not being domed. The moisture builds up and just sits so when you take the lid off you have to tilt and shake it all back into the pot or you're going to have a wet mess all over your stove top or counter.

I was looking for two things in a new set. Cool-touch lids & handles and no wasted pieces, like cheap spatulas, etc. This set is perfect for me, it has the pieces I used most in my previous set. Haven't cooked with them yet, but they were packaged securely, no dents or dings. The interior & exterior of each piece are flawless and the lids fit perfectly. The taupe color & flat lids are very stylish, right now I'm extremely pleased. I expect them to perform very well when I do use them.

Non stick scratch resistant is true to this product, quality and price is worth it electric stove friendly with high heat, and it’s easy to clean. I was very skeptical on buying at first wanted something that wasn’t going to chip after a couple of uses but easy to use and true to its description

Update 1.5 months after receiving: One of the worst purchases made on Amazon. These pans have been used lightly (all handwashed per directions) and the paint is literally coming off some, and peeling in others (see pictures). The smallest pan was also used for the first time and my food (eggs) tasted and smelled like chemicals. DO NOT BUY. Decent amount of items for the price, but not long lasting. During the first use, we put our gas range to 'med-high' and the handle already looks burned...If you're looking for a short term solution I would recommend this set but look elsewhere if you cook on high heat or have a gas range.

Estaba esperando un tiempo para dar mi opinión sobre cómo iban funcionando al paso del tiempo. La verdad estoy encantada con los sartenes no se les pega nada nada nada y el color sigue tal cual. Lo único que no me gustó Esque el que es como para dos personas se puso raro de color en una ocasión yo frei unas flautas y como que se quemo pero muy leve y ahora mi novio frío unos sopes y el si uso más aceite y se manchó horrible y no se lo puedo quitar y es el sartén que uso para todo todo todo. Si alguien tiene un tio para quitarle lo manchado espero me lo haga saber por favor 🥹
