Are you kidding??? This little baby is TERRIFIC! I am 77 yrs old and some days my hands are just worn out. The massage lasts 20 mins. I use it on both hands, very relaxing! I can use it about 5 or 6 days (20 mins each day both hands) before I have to recharge it. Makes a wonderful Mothers' Day or birthday gift. Fits my hubby hands also. The heating element is a very good "touch" also! A+++

I picked up this hand massager for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. After 8 days as of this writing this has been a fantastic product. The massaging has been what I expected. It lasts 15 minutes as advertised and I get 3 or 4 sessions per charge. The pressure applied to my hand is very good and possibly a bit more than I expect. I go to the max preset session. See pic. I am using daily to see if the only other complaint is true that it failed after a few days. I will follow up.

Stop reading and order this right now. This is such a great investment. I recently have been dealing with tendinitis form overuse in BOTH wrists and this has been life saving. Especially the feature to add heat helps soothe my hands after a long day of pain. It’s portable and easy enough to use that I didn’t even read the instruction manual. The pressure is great for pain relief and versatile sizing so multiple people in the household can use it!

I received this and absolutely loved it. Used it daily after I had painted a lot. The RA flared up and the heat was amazing. After a few days when I would turn the heat option on it would just turn off within 30 seconds. Thought at first it was too hot… no… the next day it kept doing the same thing. I have submitted a return request. It was wonderful when it worked with heat. It seems like a very well built massager and provided a lot of pain relief. It wasn’t too noisy… I could still watch tv and not be bothered by it. 3 pressure modes and all were awesome. Just need that heat! It’s a good value for the money in my opinion- with heat 😒

UPDATE 02/11/2025. I got an email from CINCOM today apologizing for our problem and offering a full refund. We declined, don't think it is their fault. We attribute our problems with hand size and condition. People with "normal" size/condition hands might not have the same problems. I added a star to my review as a result of the CS follow-up. Purchased for my wife's achy hands. Like: 1) Good quality 2) heat is nice Dislike: 1) Compression is too strong for wife 2) Too small for my ham sized hands. Not sure what size hands these are intended for, but the compression is too strong for my wife's small hands and really painful for my rather large hands. It is good quality and easy to operate. For the reasons mentioned we rarely use the device, so we wouldn't purchase it again. For people with different hand sizes(between very small and very large) it may work better.

Bought this as a gift for my dad who golfs regularly and has some arthritis in his hands. He loves it - it heats up and the massage is surprisingly powerful. It has a battery so it can be used without a plug, but also works while plugged in. I wasn't sure what to expect as things like these can be hit or miss but I am really impressed and would recommend.

Excellent product - it has given me great relief for my arthritis in my hands, however the heating component stopped after 2 days. The cost to return this to Amazon is very expensive from Australia to US. I have chosen to return it despite being out of pocket because it was so effective for the short time I had the hand massager.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ability of this machine. You place your entire hand in the machine (not in individual finger holes). You could include your thumb to be massaged also. There are nubs to push on pressure points while the gel pads compress the hand. It even extents and stretches the fingers and palm. Very good. I would buy this product again.

I have arthritis. Mostly in my right hand. I have very swollen finger joints. This has several setting options. Most of the massage move through fairly quickly though there are a few positions that cause pain in the fingers. My hands do feel better after I use this. Nice to have it be rechargeable as you can walk around with this on your hands. I have a larger hand for the average woman and it fits me fine.
