Use it approximately two hours most days! Have arthritis in lower back! Sometimes it still hurts when through, but even on those days, not nearly as much as it used to with old chair! Attractive, comfortable, easily moved! Was easy to put together and to size I needed it to be! Love it!

FedEx. That’s the only problem with this product. The package arrived with a big tear as shown in the picture, and I’m pretty sure it was banged up due to the fact it was handled by fedex. Opening up the package, I noticed that that the back support fell off due to the two screw Mollys being snapped. I’ll of course have to just use a little bit of creativity to fix this problem. The chair feels fantastic otherwise, and is easy to assemble and is a massive upgrade from the chair I currently own, but I would stop with fedex at once due to their long going poor service.

This chair was easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 15 minutes. I'm a little on the bigger side and I can fit in between the arms just fine and haven't had any issues with leaning back. It's not as adjustable/comfortable as a really good $500+ office chair, but it's miles better than what I was using before. For the price, totally worth it.

cheap quality isnt comfortable for very long and broke on me within 2 weeks of owning it. not worth the money at all. im about 5'11 and only weigh 180 pounds yet the back support snapped just by leaning back on it

I love this chair. It was easy to assemble, took me like 10 minutes. It's also very comfortable. Even the armrests have cushions and it feels nice. The only thing I don't like about this chair is that I have to fight my wife to get into it. Well worth the money in my opinion.

This chair is nice and confortable but the packaging should be improved. I bought two of these chairs, the first one arrived with the box broken in one corner and a part sticking out of the box, but everything was in good condition. The second one arrived in good condition but when I examined the parts I found that the plastic handle used to adjust the chair height was broken on one side. It was still usable, and I did not want to go through the hassle of returning such a large box, so I glued the piece. Since I don't adjust the height all the time it should be ok. The problem is that all the parts are just placed into the box without anything to hold the parts in place and protected. Because of this all the parts move around during shipping they can break through the box or break any plastic part that is unprotected. These chairs have arm rests that can be moved up, so they don't hit the desk. One of the arm rests on the first chair got a little loose and I had to tighten a bolt in the inside. Because is not enough room to insert the wrench I had to remove a couple screws in the back to create some space for the tool. I get the feeling that I may have to do this often if the arm rests start to get loose from the use. Because of these problems I took two stars off.

This chair is really comfortable. I love that the arms goes up so I can push the chair under the desk. And it reclines a bit so I can lean back and stretch. It has good back support as well.
