I'd give it a 4.5, but I'll keep this review at a 5. Pros: The butt cushion is also super nice. I typically have this memory foam mini-cushion I'd use but I don't need it at all here. Neutral: Hard to assemble, but all self-assembly Amazon items I've gotten so far are the same, so that seems to be the norm. Has no innate lumbar support, but by sitting fully back with your shoulder blades touching the chair, you feel pretty comfortably snug inside the chair. Cons: After about 3 months, it's started to squeak, so I guess I'ma need to oil it up. The arms are uncomfortable for me, I have pretty sensitive, bony elbows, and the arm height is a little too low. However, both of these were remedied easily by getting an arm support add-on cushion from Amazon. Sometimes, when I sit on it too abruptly, the chair drops down an inch, and I have to readjust the height. Kinda annoying when you have to

Update: After using this chair for a bit I am removing 1 star for lack of good lumbar support. It does have a little bit of lumbar support, but I had to add my own as it just wasn't quite good enough. I got this for the lightning deal $85 and at that price and even at the now normal price under $100 it is probably the best chair you can get. It was super easy to assemble. It took me maybe 10-15 minutes and a total of 12 whole screws later and I was sitting in an incredibly well built chair. It feels incredibly sturdy and everything from leaning back to locking the chair works flawlessly. It is all very sturdy plastic with holes in the right places that doesn't wiggle a concerning amount like some chairs I've dealt with. It is not the most cushiony chair, but it has enough to be comfortable and do what it needs to. I've only had it for a bit so time will tell if it holds up and remains as sturdy. Overall phenomenal chair for the price.

This chair is very comfortable for both my 5 foot 200 lb. mother and my 5 foot 5 inch 145 lb. sister. It is easily adjustable, sturdy, easy to clean and was very easy to assemble. I had looked at chairs for a month on line and in person at stores and this one was the best I found. Customer service was great also. We are all very happy with this chair and highly recommend it and the seller.

Easy to put together. You almost don’t even need the instructions. It is comfortable and doesn’t lean back too much. Overall a great chair for a good price. **Update** This chair broke after 10 months. The chair back is held on by 4 bolts. The top two sets of bolts snapped off into the screw fixtures. The other bolts are barely hanging on. Loose and wobbly. My husband only used this as a desk chair so nothing crazy.
