UPDATE: company reached out, they tried to help troubleshoot but ended up sending me a brand new one that works amazingly! Unfortunately after 3 months it has stopped working. This is despite properly caring and cleaning it. I’ve reached out to customer service to hopefully get a resolution to it. BUT before it suddenly not working, this has been one of my favorite household appliances. Creates the absolute best ice!! Got me through my pregnancy!!

Bought this for my parents because they love crushed ice. They have it on their kitchen counter next to the fridge and absolutely love it. It's quiet, there is a small buzz when it is making ice, but that is expected. It's very easy to use, one button and it begins making ice. Easy to use, easy to clean. Great product, great purchase.

UPDATE: This ice maker was working like a charm up until today. Something major went wrong. I put the water in and powered it on to start the process. Water started leaking from somewhere within the device. I would love some kind of warranty coverage on this. I bought this thing is July. Old Review: This is awesome! We got it for our rv and we absolutely loved it! It was quick and made a lot of ice for our family of 6. If it ran out, you shortly had a whole other batch of ice ready to go. I guess the only bad thing is it's very loud. We kept it outside while we were traveling so it wasn't an issue for us. It does get dirty quickly (even being inside) so be ready to clean it out often.

The ice maker makes more noise than you expect but sound gets drowned out in my house. Not exactly Sonic quality ice but is crunchy ice. Overall very happy with this product!

Our samsung fridge ice maker is horrible, so my wife and I needed another option for ice. We were hesitant to purchase one of these small "bar top" ice makers. However, we are very happy with this purchase. It is easy to clean and makes ice very quickly. The only downfall is the amount of ice it can store isn't too much, but it does refill the reservoir it does have fast!

I love to chew ice and this ice machine was a life changing while it lasted! Bought it last year as a christmas gift for the whole family (but mostly for me) and we loved it. Recently its started making a loud screeching noise. Keeps saying ice is full, but no ice is dispensing. Thought it was maybe overheated so i turned it off for most of the day to let the motor cool down and any possible ice blockages to thaw. Just tried to run a cleaning cycle again but its still not working.

To be fair, my initial review did express some concerns. However after the company read my review they were quick to take action and fix my issue. Like all electronic products that involve water there can be potential issues. This company did the right thing - thank you. We love the product and the ice it produces - we use it everyday. The lesson learned is… you can buy ice makers from multiple companies - what is important is to pick a company that takes pride in their products. For that, I would highly recommend this product! I love this icemaker. It was great. It made ice very quickly and always function very well. Today, after only nine months, it stopped working. I did a cleaning cycle on it wiped it all down and it still won’t work. It pulls water up into the area that it first goes into, but it won’t push it into the icemaker part anymore. I’m so disappointed that I only gotten nine months of use out of this product That I paid over $200 for Update. The seller sent me a new one free of charge to replace the one that broke. Customer service gets 5 stars.
