I have used this product for several months now. It is the perfect coffee maker. It brews one cup, perfectly, every time. Easy to use and easy to clean. It takes up little space on the counter. Fill the reservoir to the desired level, pop in a K-cup, set your cup on the pad and push the button.

This thing is awful. Started out great - brewed a fine cup of coffee quickly. And then it fell apart. Sometimes it would brew no more than half a cup. Sometimes it would not brew at all. Then there's that erratic, annoying flashing light. And that peach-colored tab really is ugly. But when it started making all sorts of horrible noises and the K-cup exploded - hot coffee grinds and water all over my shirt and the kitchen - it was time to send it back. It had lasted us barely a week.

The only thing I want in the morning is my coffee. After having two coffee pots that let me down, I opted for this proven name brand and it has become the SMILE on my face every morning. So easy to use. No programming, no multiple buttons to malfunction. It is just the right size and gives me a delicious cup as needed! Thank you, thank you Cuisnart.

I needed a small, easy to store, single use k-cup coffee maker for camping in my trailer. I had previously used a keurig unit and it was junky from the start and only lasted about 2 seasons. When it died, I needed a replacement but didn't want to repeat with a bad unit. Looked for other k-cup manufacturers and found this Cuisinart unit. It is built much more solidly than the other. Works perfectly. I cannot speak to longevity as I have only used it a few times but the entire feel and function of it is vastly superior to keurig.

DO NOT BUY this garbage product. I have a larger model Cuisinart at home that has been flawless for years so I decided to get this single cup machine for the semi-truck I drive for work. Right out of the box, it’s been terrible. Sometimes it works. Other times it doesn’t. No rhyme or reason. It just stops working. So I open the water compartment and tap on and giggle the water inlet cap at the bottom, open and close the K-Cup lid, unplug and re-plug the machine, bang it on the sides … eventually, somehow one of those things gets it to work again. For at least ONE cup. Then it stops again. Also, the fact that there is no “on/off” button or switch is a great example of some misguided engineer designing a “higher tech automated solution” to a “problem” that didn’t exist. To save the user from having the difficult task of using a power switch or button, the machine decides when to power on and off and how long it remains powered on. So the big, obnoxious “brew” button of the front of the machine blinks on and off for half the day unless you unplug the machine after use. Today, this loathsome torture device met its fitting end as I finally had enough and smashed it to the pavement at a rest area. I then slid it directly in front of the tire of the 40,000 lb trailer I’m pulling today and slowly creeped the truck forward - driver window down to fully enjoy the crunching screams of its final, fitting demise. Farewell, you engineering blight, and good riddance. And yes, I did clean-up the mess afterwards. Well worth the added task. Do not buy this miserable piece of junk.

I had a keurig coffee maker until it started leaking. After reading some reviews about them it sounds like a common problem. I found this cuisinart coffee maker that had great reviews so I ordered one. This thing works great and is very quiet. I never realized how loud the keurig was until I started using the cuisinart. Very nice.

Don't buy this. All the one star reviews are true. I have owned three other Cuisinart full size coffeemakers and they have all been great. This is junk. I can't believe Cuisinart put their name on it. After several exploding pods and hot coffee grounds spewed all over me and the kitchen floor - 5 feet from the pot - I would like to return, but because I decided to give it one more try, it is past the return window. I purchased this as a gift for someone special, but it turned out to be an embarrassment.

J’ai retourné un item qui était défectueux et j’ai dû payer des frais de poste de 20$, j’ai trouvé cela très ordinaire.
