My set came with little, if any damage. However, the single ply cardboard box could have been much stronger with more internal handling damage protection, especially on the ends. Typical freight handling process could easily have damaged the ends for certain, however mine were not. These are made very sturdy, designed perfect and well within the needs for many, I'm sure. I needed ramps to scoot my 4-wheel battery powered handicap scooter into the back of my van. These were perfect, in many ways but my aging body just couldn't easily handle the 30 lb. ea. and its bulk. Mudders and most outdoor sportsmen would not think twice about what bothered me. Others have complained about sharp edges, and the aluminum extrusion end pieces didn't have burrs, but were not edge rounded in any way. Heavy leather workman gloves were necessary for safe handling; however, a good machinist file and some 120-grit sandpaper with effort would be the best thing for rounding off the sharp edges. I'd have liked to have kept them but from a logical safe-handling standpoint, the weight made me return them. I applaud Amazon for selling such a good product, if I was younger and had the strength I used to have these would be in my home for good. Thank you to the manufacturer, thank you to Amazon.

I have always used cheap harbor freight ramps to load my quad and they flex so much I hated using them so i decided to buy some nicer ones, these work great and feel way more confident then the cheap ones. Definitely would recommend

One of the main bolts and lock nuts was not connected, so had to assemble that fastener. The edges on the aluminum at the ends of the ramps was EXTREMELY sharp, and had to be filed down so I wouldn't cut myself. the listing says 34 lbs, and their website says 30 lbs- I weighed mine at 29 lbs each- HOWEVER, they "feel" heavier- just because they are large items. Other than these few concerns, they look good and seem to be sturdy. certainly sturdier than using a couple of half rotted 2x12 boards like i have been doing up until now.

The aluminum framing and ground/vehicle interfaces are of excellent quality. The composite traction pads are sturdy with the exception of the raised edges which break off easily, but no degradation of their purpose has been noticed. The S-curved structure lends strength to the travel path and lends itself nicely to loading the equipment. The safety straps and hooks are a welcome touch.

Bent scratched scuffed scraped cracked..you name it. The best look was the packaging it came in. Cheap bit at least it was in good condition. As for the contents; a joke of a purchase at damn near $300. Returning. Amazon has some the worst sellers. Money over commitment. Figures. Thanks for wasting my time. Beware.

Well engineered and great design. It's not well advertised, but buried in the instructions it states to push or winch items up and down the ramps, not drive them. Believing that's more for their lawyers, and trusting the load capacity knowing there's a safety factor - I secured them properly to my frame with the provided straps, and may or may not have driven my tractor right up the ramps. I used the parking brake and stood off to the side to lower it down. Did this a couple times while my Sister watched, and she said the ramps barely flexed at all, most of the action was my suspension. I raised the mowing deck to the highest position, and nothing scraped the ramps thanks to the S-Curve. My tailgate was three feet off the ground. They fold up nicely, and stash away cleanly, not taking up too much space.

These ramps are heavy and the plastic treads they are lined with is brittle and sharp. But I have used them for riding lawn mowers, motor cycles, and 4 wheelers and they do work very good. Really like the S shape. I have also used them to load trailers with hand trucks. The lights were not necessary but you know if you like the bling, what the heck.

Aluminum came damaged (bent and cracked, see photo). There's also signs of previous use even though this product is sold as new.

The ramp arrived damaged. It was bent and twisted. Now what? Try to return it?
